The lobby is nice, but the rooms are really subpar. The hygiene is worse than a budget motel in a third-tier city, and it's not cheap either. It might be okay for a one-night layover, but definitely not for longer stays. On the bright side, the doorman at the entrance was very kind and always helped with luggage.

The morning buffet is so great.
I’ve eaten ‘pho’ every morning during my staying and all of them were changed each days.
And the hotel upgraded my room.
It was more than enough for me.
I felt so luxurious :)

A big thank you to Nam, the staff member here, who was incredibly helpful and genuinely assisted us with our luggage. He's a super kind Vietnamese guy. The other staff were also polite and good. The hotel environment and breakfast were both pretty decent. The only thing is, don't stay on a high floor. We were on the 9th floor and the toilet's water pressure was very low, which was a real hassle.

The real condition of hotel doesn’t match with photo on Trip.com. Very old, dirty, very few of vietnamese food for breakfast. Location is far from city center

Our stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The ambiance is elegant, rooms are clean and comfortable, and every detail is thoughtfully maintained. Staff provided exceptional service with warm smiles throughout. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the location made sightseeing easy. Perfect for both relaxation and convenience—definitely worth coming back!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is very clean and well-maintained, with an impressive city view that made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, especially Mr. Nam, who kindly assisted me with my luggage during both check-in and check-out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Nam the luggage/security man was the best part of this hotel, the rest are all liars and have no idea about Cust service, we had to argue and fight to get what was advertised and paid for at trip .com, can get better for less money.
The so called balcony has 4 aircon motors making it impossible to sit there, not mentioned in advertising, restaurant staff rude and ****** ,westerns are second rate customers to them.
Smell of rubbish on 3rd floor hallway unbearable, and noisy local in room next door.
Enjoy if you choose to stay there.

this hotel is worth it the price. Food was great since you have variety of choice. I only have few comments below that can impact on your overall stay: 1. Noisy - around 11pm, a group of guest suddenly had party-like noise with music and foot stamping which disturbed us in our sleep, some guest near our room open and bang the door few times
2. old tv - no netflix and chill on this hotel
3. no telephone - it would be an easy access to receptionist, as you not need to go personally if have complain
