I stayed at Nicecy Hotel for 5 days, and I had a really pleasant experience. The location is very strategic, making it easy to explore Ho Chi Minh City. My room was clean and comfortable, with Netflix, and the breakfast was a nice bonus.
The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff. ❤️ The two older gentlemen at the front were always smiling, incredibly kind, and very helpful. They even kept me company while I had a cigarette, which made me feel so welcome.
One of the receptionists was super kind and always helpful. Another receptionist tried to help as well, but I think improving his English would make communication much easier. At times he came across as a little overwhelming, but I appreciate that he was trying his best.
I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews because my overall experience was wonderful. Thank you, Nicecy Hotel, for making my stay memorable. I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in Ho Chi Minh City! ❤️🇻🇳

I felt very unwelcome during my stay. I booked a twin room, but when I arrived to check in, I was told that the twin rooms were sold out. This was very disappointing, especially since I had already made the booking.
The staff were generally cold and unfriendly. The lady working in the breakfast area was particularly unwelcoming — no smile, no greeting, and she appeared angry. I felt uncomfortable every time I went to breakfast. The breakfast itself was poor and not up to the standard I expected.
The room also needs a serious upgrade. The furniture was dusty, and the towels and pillowcases did not appear to be freshly washed. There were also no hooks in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. Very noisy.
Overall, the hotel needs significant improvement in cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and customer service. Unfortunately, I would never stay here again.

The prime location with a verryy affordable price, i have to admit that this is an old hotel but there are clean, comfy and still provide wifi. 10/10 for me. Thanks for your hospitality. I will come again if i could. Nearby have a lot of interesting places, Michelin star and in district 1. If you are looking for a place to stay, come to this place!

While the room was generally clean and the hotel allowed me to check in despite arriving at the wrong property, the overall experience was severely let down by cold, transactional service and poor maintenance. Having worked in hospitality myself, I was disappointed by the staff's complete lack of initiative. I had to repeat myself five times about a watch left in a taxi and only until i asked for the gentleman's help to call the driver would anyone actually help. A cake gifted to me by another guest completely vanished, with the receptionist simply telling me to go check the luggage room myself rather than investigating. Combined with an incredibly leaking shower head (203) and several cockroaches in the room, the indifference of the front desk and poor handling guest requests make it very difficult to recommend this property. At least its cheapish? Housekeeping was good.

I was worried about this hotel as the reviews were terrible. But, our stay here was great! The room is a bit small. Other than that, everything is good. Room & toilet is clean. Housekeeping was efficient. We went out for breakfast and our bed was cleaned by 10am! Aircon is strong too. Location is good, close to Malaysian street and Ben Tranh market. The receptionist was kind and speak good english. 👍👍
