Booked 2 rooms and stay overnight, here are my feedbacks:
- Reception staffs are not welcoming but at least they are very helpful.
- the room floor is ruined and cracked, filled with dust
- the bathroom looks new and clean
- the reading lights are broken, fridge is old and not cold enough, acceptable air conditioner.
Overall, it’s worth the money as the location is the most central and expensive. You shouldn’t expect things like rooms or staff to be good

Good value hotel in the centre of district one.. room cleaning could be better but all of the staff are friendly and helpful.

Had to go to HCMC for USA embassy meeting. Stayed here for two nights. the hotel is in a perfect location right near the embassy and everything. It's old but clean. Only complaint I had was the customer service. She spoke half way decent English but had an arrogant attitude. My daughter was crying in the lobby and I wanted to check in she was playing on phone I kept asking to let us get checked in and she kept goofing off. finally I bribed her AKA coffee money 8 dollars and she let us check in "it was 11:00am" upon checking out same ******** the taxi was outside and my daughter crying and she wanted me to wait for her to inspect the room. I laughed I said I am F*&^ing leaving your not getting anymore AMERICAN DOLLARS from me! other than the Vietnamese being typical vietnamese it was a decent place to stay. As usual they see a white American and see a walking dollar.

We appreciated the convenient location and the helpfulness of some staff members during our stay. However, we were disappointed by the subpar facilities. Overall, while it served its purpose in an emergency, improvements are needed for a more comfortable experience.

Room average, worse service ever.
I have booked for two nights and paid a bit less than 700 per night, would not pay more.
I have been happily surprised by the room, with a view on the street, quite big, the bed is nice, good bathroom and quite clean. Not much noise from the street.
The commun parts need to be modernize but the room was ok.
However, i would not come back to this hotel because of the service. The people have not been welcoming at all. No one greets you when you comes or go out, they stares at you like they are judging you. You nearly have to apologize to park your motorbike there, while you have a room here. They speak to you in a rude way that makes you feel uncomfortable.
The security at the door was broken.

Great location at decent prices. Rooms are quite decent in size. Recently added massage service at the lobby, yet to try. Perhaps can try in my next visit

You get what you pay for. Small cheap rooms, good location.
This was booked for me by one of my relatives so I wouldn’t have originally booked this. We were only staying there for two days so I really tried to give it a chance. We got off a flight and were exhausted. Came to check in around 4pm and were already very skeptical. Walking to the room the hallways are very narrow, dirty, and had a lot of stuff in the corner before our room. Room is old and outdated, lots of cracks and marks on the walls, sheets at bottom of the bed were dirty. Really tried to ignore everything and get through the two nights. We went to explore the city, get food and walk around for a couple of hours and came back around 9pm. My partner tried to take a quick warm shower after the long day and was greeted by a lovely cockcroach :)
after that we knew we just couldn’t stay the night. Went to return the room and were asked to pay for the night and asked kindly if they were able to do a discount or anything due to the state of our room (I know we’re not entitled to anything) but ofc they wouldn’t budge. Were left scramming to find another hotel at 9:30/10pm in which 90% were already full.
