The room was spacious and the apartment-style design was very practical, offering great value for money. The room was clean, and the service was excellent. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The swimming pool was freely accessible and the gym was decent too. Plus, there's a Haidilao hotpot right next to the hotel!

Overall, it's pretty good. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the front desk staff are very friendly. Breakfast is also plentiful. The pool view is just average as it's not on the top floor, and the gym is a bit small. Still, I would recommend it.

This was my first stay at Hotel Nikko, and even though the hotel is a bit older, the cleanliness and service were excellent. They even had an air purifier in the room, so there was no musty smell. Since my child is quite tall, they thoughtfully added an extra bed. Our room was spotlessly cleaned every day when we returned, and we always found chocolates, which were delicious! The automatic heated and sanitized toilet seat was a definite bonus! The hotel is close to all the attractions, and Grab made getting around incredibly easy. Plus, the hotel offers a fixed shuttle bus to attractions – just book in advance. For kids, I highly recommend the zoo, which is very close to the hotel. I'll definitely choose Hotel Nikko again on my next visit!

Location is not really the Center, but very close, hotel need a bit refurnish but not too bad, for example, water runs not smoothly with cold water but very ok with hot water, flushing toilet is not strong enough and need to do twice for flush away all the waste, we had dinner in hotel Chinese restaurant and peking duck is at very good price, overall is good and recommend

This hotel nice beside got shopping mall. Hotel clean service nice . I love the breakfast a lot of choice , include Japanese , Korean , China , Vietnam style. Room on night time got down service . I will come back again .

What an amazing stay at the beautiful Hotel Nikko Saigon. I booked this hotel for our anniversary and they accommodated our room and stay with absolute class and thank you so much for the complimentary cake. My wife and two sons were so pleased we were able to experience the beauty of Hotel Nikko Saigon. The pool + the poolside service was great and to top it off the buffet breakfast was a memory we will cherish for our lifetime. Till next time we are in Vietnam thank you and love from Australia.

The room was fantastic, and the breakfast was exceptionally good. I even noticed that the chef at the hot food station was Japanese! Plus, the hotel staff were all very friendly.

The breakfast offers a good variety of options and tastes, allowing for different combinations. The hotel lobby also looks very upscale. We were upgraded to a suite with two bathrooms, which we almost forgot about! There's an outdoor swimming pool downstairs.

When I booked, I was specifically looking for a hotel with a smart toilet, and upon checking in, I found that the staff's service far exceeded my expectations. The red and white wines at the executive lounge were perfectly to my taste – smooth with a pleasant aftertaste. The quality of both breakfast and dinner was superb; my favorites were the salmon and the onsen egg. Plus, there are plenty of shopping and dining options right downstairs.
