The location of this hotel isn't ideal for me, it's a bit far from city center and isn't walking distance to everywhere I was going. Therefore, I had to pay extra for transportation getting in and out. Hotel has good bones but seems to be little outdated. The wood surface has scratches, marks and really shows its age. minor carpet stains dots in my room. tile chips on the flooring and shower walls. If you like taking a bath, it does come with a huge bathtub for a good soak. My room was near the top floor and it has a good view of the city. Breakfast has a lot of variety but tastes subpar. Overall, I think the hotel needs minor renovation before a nice building deteriorates further.

Did a last minute reservation through trip.com for our hotel during our stay cause the airbnb we booked prior, was horribly disappointing.
Safe to say, shouldve booked a hotel to begin with :-)
The day of our arrival was my birthday but i didnt really think much into it. We dropped our baggage and went off to dinner reservations. Came back to our room to this T.T it was the sweetest thing because there was no note highlighting my birthday, the staff took note of it and it was definitely a vvv pleasant surprise ❤️❤️
This hotel will definitely be my go to when im back in this city

It is my preferred hotel when I go to HCMC for business even if location is so and so, but it’s ok for reaching out my work place with staying in downtown. A negative point for this occasion is that I should have had a better treatment in the room accommodation because my room was not equipped by Espresso coffee machine expected for the room level.
Another point to be outlined is the SPA, as it seems too much expensive compared the standard in HCMC

Definitely a real 5 star hotel with Japanese style hospitality from amenities to staff way of working ;)
I really enjoy the breakfast with full Japanese food setup
Clean room and environment
I give a good rating for the jacuzzi, very well maintained
And they provide free shuttle to the town!

If you are looking for a standard Japanese hotel, Nikkon hotel will be your destination, even you can recognise the hotel has been operated for some of the years, the service js up to standard and everything js just easy to access. There is a new zone mall next to it and the staff are helpful and the morning breakfast is international, me an my boyfriend stay in a suit and it allow us to access the residence lounge in 23rd floor. All day dining is possible and delicious food has been served :)
