The hotel is located very far from major attractions. Although it is said to be close to the airport, heavy traffic in the city makes traveling very inconvenient — it took us around 40 minutes by taxi.
Cleanliness was extremely poor. Our group of ten stayed in five rooms, and cockroaches were found in all five rooms. Some rooms did not even provide basic amenities such as toothbrushes. The water heater was not functioning properly, so we had to use cold water. The exhaust fans outside the bathroom windows were very noisy and disturbing.
Housekeeping service was not provided during our stay, so we had to use the same towel repeatedly.
Although there are many other places worth visiting in the city, we would definitely not stay at this hotel again. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.

I choose peaceful room but I heard a lot of voices came from outside. Then the drinks on the fridge, They didnt tell that they need to pay its a complementary drink.

Room given was small. I have booked for 25 m2 room, whereas room given to me was a corner room having very little space to pass near bed. Disappointed with this, requested to change the room, but not changed by hotel. Room no given to me was 105.

Nice hotel, rooms are clean etc and staff are nice and helpful. Location is honestly just a little weird, not really close to much at all and located on a major road. Not sure if this is one of those hotels or something but for a solo traveler with no companions not really much to do around this area. Maybe good for a couple who likes a nice big room. lol. Toilet smelled a little like the pipes were connected on each floor. Ac works a treat though, nice and cold in the HCM heat.

Clean and spacious maybe next time they should be clear about the mini bar, I thought it comes with the payment I paid for the room but I ended up paying when I checked out.
