Silverland Ben Thanh in Ho Chi Minh

I’m absolutely delighted with this hotel. At first, we went to Silverland May by mistake — the staff not only welcomed us warmly but also arranged free transportation to the correct location. Silverland Ben Thanh is beautifully designed, perfectly located close to all the main attractions, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The chain’s motto is “hospitality,” and they truly live up to it — despite our late flight, we were still able to use all of the hotel’s facilities.

we stayed here for a total of 7 nights and really enjoyed our stay. the hotel is really centrally located - literally across the road from ben thanh market and within walking distance or a short grab from all the places we visited.

the rooms were clean and bright with interesting designs, as was the rest of the hotel.

the cafe on the bottom floor makes delicious drinks and the buffet breakfast was also really great.

definitely recommend staying here if you’re going to hcmc !

Silverland Hotel in Saigon is a great choice. The architecture is really cool and the signature rooms are amazing. The staff is super friendly and even surprised us with a flower bouquet and wine for our special occasion!
I highly recommend trying the rice noodle soup in the rooftop restaurant; it is delicious and comes with great views. However, be aware that the beers are overpriced compared to other places. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

We got two rooms here last minute when a nearby hotel left us in the lurch. The staff were super nice and attentive, and brought out juice and fruit while we booked in. The rooms are really good. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff great. The chap running the dining room went out of his way to help with dietry issues for us. Thank you to Ben and Summer and all of those guys for making us welcome, as did Y in the cafe. You will pay a little more here than some local hotels, but it is still reasonable and you would know where the extra went. Highly recommended.

Great Hotel with good breakfast, free afternoon snack. I love the unique design and the rooms are very clean. Staff is attentive an service is great. Good cappuccino in the café.
What could be improved is soundproofing the rooms (I believe it’s mainly an issue with the doors). A no-go is providing no disinfectant in the gym, but that should be an easy fix.

One tip: the street in front of the hotel is very busy, so order your Grab rides to the back of the hotel, that street is much quieter.

The front desk staff gave a very detailed introduction at check-in, and a bellman helped carry our luggage from the ground floor to the lobby.

In addition to breakfast, the hotel also provides afternoon tea on the 12th floor, which is even available on the day of check out a thoughtful touch for guests waiting for evening flights.

The welcome drink and snacks were lovely and unique.

Our reserved room had a clear view of the lively streets outside Bến Thành Market. The bathroom was well-equipped with bath salts, bathrobes and jacuzzi. All drinks in the minibar were complimentary, and although the hair dryer was not a famous brand, it worked extremely well.

Breakfast was fairly standard, but they also offered an à la carte menu with various Vietnamese specialties.

The hotel’s design and artistic atmosphere are impressive. On the day we checked out, the afternoon tea service even featured a live band performance, which made the experience even more memorable.

Overall, I would love to return and will recommend this hotel to friends visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful stay.

The room is spacious, clean, neat & new. The bathroom comes with a jacuzzi. Breakfast is decent. The hotel is very centralised. Great location for shopping in district 1 or 3. Grab is very affordable & widely used in HCM. Hotel staffs are super helpful & friendly. Thank you, Silverland, for making my stay so comfortable. Will definitely still choose to stay there for my next trip too. Highly recommended.

The service is attentive, the hotel is located in the city center which is very convenient. The breakfast is simple but the environment is beautiful; it's a hotel that I would choose again.
