Didn’t matter because at this stage I decided to leave and moved to a better place, a condo for one third of the price.
This is a management issue, some the staff are very helpful and kind.
Oh, the CUSTOMER RELATION guy, don’t bother, when I was complaining about the room not been cleaned, he quietly slipped away.
For $130 AUD , you can stay in a top 5 star hotel , this one is no more than a 3 star.

We recently stayed at the Lotus Saigon Hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, featuring one of the softest, most luxurious beds I’ve ever slept in—I truly felt like a princess! While the bathroom was a bit dated, it was clean, and the overall comfort of the room more than made up for it.
The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options, and we loved that we could choose to dine inside or outside for a more relaxed atmosphere. The highlight of our stay, however, was the stunning swimming pool with its breathtaking views of Saigon’s skyline. We even enjoyed a delicious lunch by the pool, which was the perfect way to unwind.
If you’re looking for a comfortable, welcoming hotel with great service, a fantastic pool, and a cozy atmosphere, the Lotus Saigon Hotel is an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers!
