Hotel location is perfect. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel. But hotel facilities are very old. It’s acceptable for short stay.

The hotel is right behind Bui Vien Street, so if you're a very light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend staying here as you can hear the sounds from Bui Vien at night. However, if you're out experiencing the nightlife and coming back late, it's perfectly fine. The location is very close to most bars and nightclubs, and taxis can drop you off right at the entrance. The hotel facilities are decent; the room is very clean, has a bathtub, and plenty of hot water for a soak.

Nice hotel with good service and good breakfast. They try their best in everything and despite the hotel being dated, it is well maintained. Will definitely be back again

It is in the city center of Ho Chi Minh city and close to the Ben Thanh market and a famous restaurant, Pho Vietnam. The amenities are a little outdated but acceptable considering the price. The staff can speak English very well and some can also speak basic Chinese.

This was my regular hotel, close to walking street and district 1 and the rooms were spacious including a bath tub, overall the buffet breakfast had large selection of foods and it was great.

This hotel has an excellent location, making it convenient to go anywhere. The rooms are clean, tidy, and hygienic. The front desk and housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. If you ever come to Phnom Penh, don't miss out on this hotel! 👌👌👌👌👌👌

The cleaning staff were all young women, and they did a very thorough and clean job. I didn't see a gym or conference room. There's a bathtub, but taking a proper bath is impossible; the hot water only lasts a short while before turning cold. The location is quite good, with a park in front and a bar street nearby. The service was excellent; bellhops proactively helped with luggage when getting in and out of the car.

From check in till I left, service is great. Room might look dated but is spacious and clean. The only thing that they might be able to improve is their buffet breakfast. Choices are good but remain same throughout my stay. Only the noodle change everyday. Fantastic location.

One of the worst possible hotel that I ever saw in my life. Horrible staff... Very uncourteous. It seems all they are interested is, in the wallet of customers without taking care of the needs. Very pushy staff. Hotel itself have crampy rooms and no air circulation. I will never ever go back there again.

We checked out after being there for an hour. We were totally okay with how old the hotel was because you get what you pay for. However friendly customer service can be accomplished free of charge.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the front desk when we asked for simple directions to the spa, servers being rude, very loud staff with stuff everywhere while they setup for a wedding.

I understand business must be done but it can be done politely. We ended up checking out immediately without causing a problem at the front desk and even paid 500k VND or $20 USD for the hour we were there.

We immediately booked an Airbnb down the road for less price but with amazing customer service, great location, solid WiFi and even free washer dryers in District 1. So my advice is to avoid this hotel and go with a solid Airbnb.
