It’s written 4 star hotel, but when we arrived there was nobody to help with luggages. Huge lobby, but no staff. Only one person in reception. Owner should hire more staff.

Not recommended. It's too old for catering to tour groups; the towels are worn out, and the breakfast is terrible.

There is no shower and no bracket to keep body wash and shampoo bottles. You have keep it on floor and use.
Breakfast quality is not good and there is no choice for Indian food. In vegetarian noodles they address red meat slices. Very small plates, no glass for juice, no hot milk, staff doesn’t understand and speak English.
Only rooms are decorated with wooden furniture.

Pathetic service not a single person of hotel want to help . Disappointed by various unethical charges like the housekeeping said towel is dirty you have to pay 75000 Viatnam dong . They are like a pickpocketer only want to take money at any cause from tourists.No swimming pool access.Please Don't stay there.

DON'T COME HERE, this is certainly the worst hotel i've booked in my life, the swimming pool is closed and it's not indicated anywhere, still the same price tho, also, we can't pay by card, which is written on the desk " card and visa payment ", also the shower does not evacuate the water properly so it becomes a swimming pool in the bathroom, we went to cancel but they FORCED US TO PAY at least one night to get our passports back, horrible experience

Pros - good sized rooms

Cons - the downside of good sized rooms is that parts of the room are not cool enough, since the aircon ducts are not very strategically located.
The hotel has limited staff, so things like luggage etc need to be managed yourself if you arrive as part of a group like us.
Some members of our group were vegetarian, and found only fruits and bread as options for breakfast.

Location is fine, though staying in zone 1 might be a better option for tourists.

We ordered full massage place it's on 11th floor, amazing place with professional guys, cost little more then other places we we got all what we wanted, sauna wet,dry,, jakuzi, and excellent massage foot and body, 10 star for this place!!!

The City Of Saigon. In the hotel we spent one night because we had a two-day trip. At the reception the passport will be picked up and have been issued with eviction. The room was small , two beds, two chairs , TV, fridge, two bottles of water, 033, soap supplies, rubber slates (not disposable). In the room no bathrobes, toilet paper, kettle, microwave. Dining room on the 12th floor, pool on the 11th. The Elevator moves only if you have magnetic card door of your room which is not very convenient, because if you take a map in the room everything turns off after 5 seconds. The view from the window at the building and in the yard with trash. The Breakfast is poor fish tempura vegetables, fruits, tea Ottawa bleach.

The hotel did not like. In the room before our arrival had not emptied the trash. Dust no one wiped never. Though there was a kettle and water, but there was no tea bag. At Breakfast 30 minutes after the start there was nothing left. Update no hurry.
