I stayed at the Dai Nam Boutique for a total of 4 nights. During of the days, the housekeeper had forgotten to replace the used bath towels. When I got back to the hotel, I called the receptionist requesting the towels to be sent to my room, however NO ONE CAME UP after waiting for 30 mins and I had to go down myself to request for the towels again. While at the reception, I was asked by the staff as though I already have the towels (system showed housekeeping done), in fact the tone of questioning sounded like I had stolen the towels.
Finally, the concerige went up with me and gave me the towels, I had to show him my toilet that there were no towels!!!! He smiled and said "maybe she forgot"......

Really good location! The reception area is clean, however when you enter the floors it’s quite dim, dark especially the stairs area light is scarce. Can visibly see wear & tear in hall way & room. I stayed in the junior suite it was good space however I felt the area where couch & TV are there’s no main lighting only lamp on desk so this area is dim. The bedroom area felt suffocating with no window or natural lighting. The bedroom area was comfortable & bathroom big space with clean tiles only mishap the shower area floods into the toilet area drainage not good! Air con works great
Breakfast area is modern lots of light good spread for breakfast.
The boys at the main entrance are very helpful
The reception boys come across “far away “
The breakfast staff are very helpful & welcoming

The hotel is in a good location. However we had a bad experience with the check in and check out staff.
They wouldn't return our deposit (around usd $70). When we asked what the issue was they claimed the bed sheet had a dye stain on it. We did explain this was nothing to do with us (we didn't dye our hair ...) but they wouldn't listen. We had to leave for the airport and there was nothing we could do and the front desk attendant wouldn't return the deposit and simply stalled for time because the taxi was waiting to take us to the airport. Not the best stay or experience in Ho Chi Minh.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the rooms are newly renovated, spacious, and comfortable. It's centrally located, making it convenient for getting around, and there are many restaurants nearby. The only minor drawback is that the hotel breakfast isn't very extensive.

Staffs are nice and can assists us well. However, i saw one cockcroach in front of my room. Overall cleaniness of room is acceptable and staff cleaned room everyday. Price is affordable for this room type. Breakfast is common International buffet and are suitable for peoples.

The hotel stay is ok and location is accessible to the tourist extraction.. We encountered issue on first night quite late hour(old wing room)was power tripped due to using the faulty hand dryer. All plugs was faulty and cant charge our phone. We is lucky we get to change of room the next day.
We request for 3 rooms to be nearby but they are unable to access our request due to peak season.
We have 2 rooms in old wing. The one room at new wing allocated was very spacious, nice stay and new furniture in it.
There is local market within walking distance from the hotel. There are vegan bahn mi and vegetarian eatery nearby for good choices of vegetarian food(alium free available)
We request for 3 rooms to be nearby but they are unable to access our request due to peak season.

Very convenient hotel. Strategic location, they did asked if we have any requests, unfortunately we requested for halal breakfast, when we went down for breakfast for 4 days, theres no arrangement for it :( we have to eat fruits only.

This hotel is beautifully designed and conveniently located near many coffee lounges, vip barber shops, modern restaurants and traditional Chinese and Indian foods.
The hotel lounge is brightly relaxing, check in was a breeze and the rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable.
