We stayed for NYE holiday. The room faced the street, and it was extremely noisy. It was not soundproofing, not at all. In our booking, we clearly asked for higher floors and a quiet room, and they gave us the opposite. A room on the second floor right in front of the elevator. We asked for simple event information, and they were not able to provide any. They were barely able to speak English. We asked for a free 1-hour late check-out to sleep longer after NYE, and they approved. However, we got the room service bothering us from 11 am onwards. It was completely unprofessional and annoying. I forgot sleeping clothes in there, and they didn't even call us back. I had to come and push them to double-check, as they didn't believe us at first. Then they handed us the clothes back. The hotel is located very well, the room was clean and spacious, but the service was terrible. They should improve the receptionists' skills.

The location was good and there were no steps at the entrance, making it easy to enter with a suitcase.

The room had large windows, was bright, and was spacious and comfortable!

The shower room was private, so the nearby toilet wouldn't get soaked.

The shower temperature was inconsistent, so the water would get hot and cold, which was a shame.

The location is very convenient, just over a kilometer from the Reunification Palace and close to Ben Thanh Market. From Ho Chi Minh Airport, take bus No. 152 and get off near Ben Thanh Market. From the airport, take bus No. 152 a little northwest of the Reunification Palace. The hotel is well-equipped and the safe is very useful.

The hotel is in a good location, and many tourist attractions are within walking distance. The front desk staff was friendly. However, the hotel is hard to spot from the outside, and there are a lot of tourist groups every day, which makes it a bit noisy. The breakfast was not very varied.

Very good location as the hotel is close to almost everything. Housekeeping really ensures that the room is clean everyday. There’s no in-room iron though, but housekeeping can do pressing (and laundry) services for a minimal fee. Breakfast is okay, but they could’ve made some variations in the main dishes.
