Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
I booked a Superior Queen Room, but the room I received was completely different from what was advertised — much smaller, dirty, poorly maintained and definitely not matching the photos on Agoda.
The room and bedding were filthy, with stains on the sheets and unknown debris on the bed. The bathroom was in terrible condition, with mold and dirt in multiple places.
The staff was unhelpful and uninterested. When I asked about the condition of the room or clean bedding, the receptionist only said “so sorry” and went back to his phone.
At one point, I was told I would have to “move tomorrow”, without explanation.
To make things worse, this place operates partly as an hourly hotel, which explains a lot about the hygiene level.
I tried contacting Agoda support, but received no real help.
Avoid this place. There are many cleaner and more professional hotels nearby — this one is not worth the stress.

On the FIRST NIGHT, I checked in at 1 AM and they didn’t have a room for me, even though I had already booked and paid for a full week. They said the entire floor had an electricity issue, so there was no room available. They moved me to another hotel for one night and told me to come back the next day.
LOCATION 5/5: very good - close to the market, food stalls, coffee shops, and restaurants.
STAFF 4/5: friendly and helpful. They assisted me whenever an issue came up and made sure it was fixed.
QUALITY: 2/5. The room is small, the water is either too hot or too cold and very hard to adjust. There are no power outlets near the bed, so you can’t easily charge your phone or boil water for coffee. It’s really inconvenient for me.

The room condition is very bad and different from advertised. Bed very old and sagging. Room smelly, bathrooms with mold. Can’t sleep at all. I won’t recommend for staying. Further more, they try to cheat me by giving me different room size than the one I book.

Booked hotel in agoda for 1 day and marked check in time as 6-7am as flight was landing early morning. Got a local to call in and confirm the 6-7am checkin and they said all good. landed went to hotel and they said no room available.

Room (toilet,bed,manual key door lock) is old but comfortable enough. Staff is good. Location is the best to market, foods vendors...night time reception area needs properly image without people laying on couch. I would be back here.

They cancelled our booking upon our arrival (claiming they are suddenly renovating all the rooms... we booked 4...) and as I see from other reviews, it was not the first time they did that. They tried to make us go to a different hotel in a much worse localisation. They didnt even want to cancel the booking.com booking themselves. It all seemed like a scam. Do not recommened, especially if you travel from far away.

Bed may not be the best to squeeze through. Overlooks the market street and schools. Breakfast may not be the best but is welcoming. Overall the street we're in isn't too busy at all. If I were a resident here, I would love to go to the market here and cook my own food, also beside were a 7Eleven and a Domino's Pizza if you don't feel eating like a local

It's a bit far from the scenic spot on foot
The hotel is an old one, the price is cheap so don’t ask for it, the facilities are OK
The surrounding living area is very convenient for eating and shopping, and the prices are not expensive.

Spent a night here and when I check out, I forgot my phone. I came back immediately and asked the hotel to retrieve my lost phone. The housekeeper staff stole it.
