Great location, but the room facilities are a bit dated. River-view rooms cost extra, and the street-facing rooms can be noisy.

Location was a bit out from the center but still walking distance . The River view was beautiful especially in the club house enjoying drink and some food.

Nice hotel in great location. Unlucky my room do not have a view. Too close to next building. Hope next time can get a room with the river view.

We were assigned a room with poor lighting. When we asked the front desk about an upgrade during check-in, they said we'd have to pay more for it and could check in at 8 AM. Otherwise, we'd have to wait until 3 PM without paying extra. The front desk staff communicated with us entirely through a translator, and the man who checked us in seemed to mock us for not speaking English, which was very disrespectful. Later in the afternoon, other check-in staff were able to communicate with us smoothly using simple English. Also, there was no seating available on the M floor for breakfast, and they asked us to go to the 1st floor to eat, which was quite an experience. Overall, not a great experience. The toiletries, especially the toothpaste, were minuscule – really poor quality. I suspect many of the reviews here might be fake.

The hotel boasts standard 5-star facilities, a beautiful and clean environment, and fairly new amenities. The staff provided good service, and its location near Japan Street was convenient. We opted for a river-view room and were able to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks from there. On check-out day, after discussing, we were unable to get a late check-out until 2 PM.
We checked in on New Year's Eve, and there was live music set up right downstairs. The hotel's soundproofing isn't great, and the party went on until almost 1 AM locally (2 AM back home for us). When I called the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do (which I suppose is true), but it was genuinely noisy that night, and I didn't get to sleep until very late.

Had been in Le Meridien Saigon more than 10 times. The best service is their breakfast.

Decent hotel with an excellent location. Not that far from the airport and tours offer pick up from the hotel as well which is convenient. Room size is standard compared to city hotels. However both nights the aircon despite being on felt like it was turned off! Apart from the night aircon and feeling extremely hot, the room was nice and my stay was good

Le Méridien lives up to its reputation; the brand itself guarantees perfection! The room was spotless and well-equipped with excellent amenities. The hygiene was also top-notch, the environment was superb, and the service was warm and attentive. Check-in was quick, efficient, and enthusiastic. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! It's especially great for business trips, family vacations, or romantic getaways. All in all, I highly recommend it to everyone! I'll definitely be back if I have the chance, and I'll make it a regular spot!
