Breakfast in the morning was adequate - though some normal juices like Apple and Orange would be preferred over the blue and green juice which was on offer.
Dinner at the restaurant was just ordinary - with only a couple of staff on duty.
We were in a suite on the 10th floor
We sometimes heard the room on the 11th floor turn on their water as it made a screeching sound - not a big thing.
The door into room 1002 was difficult to open and got stuck.
The door into the bathroom is not well designed - as it opens against the basin - probably better to be swinging against the toilet instead - otherwise a sliding door would have been better.
So apart from a design fault in the bathroom - the room was very good and the staff were excellent
We were pleasantly surprised to find a slice of birthday cake prepared for my husband by the hotel. It was a very thoughtful gesture, but I would suggest covering the cake for hygiene reasons, as we were unsure how long it had been left exposed—especially since our room was not ready due to an air-conditioning leak. Although the issue was fixed before our check-in, the water leaked again on our last night.
Additionally, it would be helpful to have another receptionist available to assist individual guests during group check-ins. I had to wait for your staff to complete the entire group registration before attending to me. :(
