This has got to be one of the best hotels around in the Ben Thanh D1 area. Surrounding the hotels are restaurants, cafes, pubs and convenience stores which makes it convenient for tourists to stay in.

This hotel is situated at a location very convenient to many prominent tourist spots. Though the facilities are a little old, the overall hygiene is satisfactory.
I was upgraded to the Vip room on 11F, it's a high room with a big balcony but the problems are that I had to walk up from 10F as the lift only serves up to 10F and the air conditioning is not strong enough during daytime.

1. I booked two rooms. One was fine, but a gecko came out in the other one at night, which was quite startling.
2. For a hotel of this caliber, when I asked the front desk for a bottle of water, they told me to get it from my room. I was really speechless.

Good hotel in District 1 close to Ben Thanh Markets. Little noisy on street side so not for light sleepers but quieter rooms available - we wanted better views so opted for a little noise. Nice touch with free afternoon tea in lobby and chilled coconut water on rooftop. Breakfast buffet has lot of variety and nice area to eat - we thought one of best after 2 weeks of travel in Vietnam. Staff very helpful. Good facilities for price and area.

I always stay here for business trips. It's conveniently located, and the service is great.

Great location, super friendly spa with excellent services, the hotel provided great amenities like complementary afternoon tea and fresh coconut and ice cream on the rooftop. Unfortunetly the Hotel is not in good shape and does not feel like a 5 star Hotel. Breakfast was ok. Roof top bar closed at 11pm on new years celebration, which was poor. Staff was friendly.

Friendly staff and service. I arrived early and was allowed to checked in (and upgraded room too). Location is great and surrounded by lots of restaurant. Nice hotel. Room a little dark but it’s cozy.

The room was a bit small. Also, the bathroom door opened inwards, which wasn't ideal for larger guests. The cleanliness was acceptable. Interestingly, it seems hotels in Ho Chi Minh City typically don't provide disposable indoor slippers, only the standard reusable ones.
