The hotel was comfortable, the reception " Thi Thi " helped us all the time, I would like to thank her for this trip 🙂 We will come back again .

Good location near River and walkable distance to city center. Bellboy name Philip is awesome.

Walking distance to Coffee Apartments, opera house and Mrt.
Room just accommodate for 2 person and clean. Staff are helpful and nice. Bed a bit hard for my wife and the bath tower a bit smelly. So far ok.

Horrible experience!
1. Our room came with windows but cannot be open. The ventilation is super poor. The windows were super dirty too…
2. We booked 2 triple family rooms but we were given only 1 triple room while the other room was only a double room, with a tiny sofa bed. When we asked for a change to normal triple room they could not give us the triple room as it had been booked by others. We already paid for the triple room because it was prepaid via trip.com. It was difficult to communicate as we asked many times but they were unable to do anything at all. They understand English but were trying to take the chance that we don’t complain. They managed to change the bed to bigger one however still we paid for full size family triple room which is more expensive. Very disappointed!
3. We hope that the hotel management can contact us for follow up . It has been really bad…
4. We asked for extra blanket as one blanket for two persons on twin bed is not so comfortable, but the cleaning lady said cannot and refused to give.
Sigh!

Staff upgraded room as I checked in. That's always nice. Unfortunately, there were a couple of little insects in the room. I was on the 4th floor. Enjoyed the variety of TV channels.

Was a convient location for me to relax in the weekend at HCM as nearby many restaurants and bars for me to have many options of food.

The breakfast is excellent! Authentic Vietnamese food, fresh, and delicious.
Staff can speak English very well.
