The hotel is a bit old, the drainage in the bathroom needs improvement. It doesn't facilitate flushing of toilet papers and no close lid rubbish bin in the bathroom which is not the standard of a 4 stars hotel!

Several same-name hotels sharing same property Different names and confusing. Basic accommodations in modest room. My room was below the floor where a singer was performing in the evening, creating noise pollution. One elevator to service 9 floors. Tourist bus magnet. Breakfast was diverse and healthy. They even had espresso machines.

Beautiful hotel, the breakfast was amazing and different every days., room it was really clean and comfortable. The staff is really kind and they help you with everything. I really recommend this hotel

The rooms are decent and reasonably clean, though some areas feel a bit dated and could use a refresh. Service is generally warm and helpful, especially at the front desk. The hotel’s rooftop area is a nice bonus, with a relaxing vibe and a lovely view of the city skyline.
Breakfast is average—enough variety to get you started for the day, but not particularly memorable.

Really excellent service, the lobby is very pleasant, the location is really convenient and good. The breakfast is full of good things but the raw materials are mediocre and the cooks are bad, the fried rice is tasteless. In my opinion, the cooking teams that prepare the food need to learn to cook. The breakfast room is full of rude tourists who shout or just take up space to sit. Now for the Room it self; Very very small rooms, 20 square meters per couple, really tiny. The pool was closed for use due to the season. And the rooftop is ugly and boring. Would I stay there again? If I stay alone, maybe. Overall, the hotel is not bad for a single person. It's just a shame that there are no windows in the rooms because it's suffocating. Claustrophobic, the bathrooms need to be converted to regular showers. 7 on our index

All good for me and my family. Even though we didn't get the type of room we booked (Saigon Executive WITH windows), we were still happy with the rooms. They're clean and the bed was very comfy. We love the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. The only setback is that, they do not serve halal breakfast. Since, even non-Muslims can enjoy halal food, I believe that it would be beneficial to all if you serve halal food. I am very certain that this will increase your room and F&B sales by more than 100%. For your serious consideration 🙏
