the service was 10/10 we arrived really late (like 2am) because our flight was delayed and they were super kind and helpful

We arrived late at night but were pleased with the quick check-in process. However, we had booked a queen bed and instead received two twin beds. When we brought this to the front desk's attention the next morning, they showed us the confirmation that indicated our booking for twin beds, which was a bit odd as that’s not the case… anyways, they were able to help us push the twin beds together.

The room, while functional, was somewhat worn out, reflecting the price point we paid. The toilet was a bit finicky and required several attempts to flush properly. Also recommend bringing your own amenities.

The noise level in the hotel could also use some improvement. Experienced disturbances from both the upstairs room and the corridor early in the morning.

On our second night, we encountered a large cockroach upon returning to the room, indicating that cleanliness could be better addressed.

This hotel is super close to Japan Street, just a 5-minute walk away. It's also convenient to get to other parts of the city center. The staff are all very warm and friendly. I would definitely want to stay here again.

Awful experience with this hotel. In our booking in room type it is specifically mentioned that room has a window (!!!).
When we arrive after 20hours trip, we found out tiny room without any window.
No excuses from the receptionist, nothing.

Was too tired to argue. Just note that Trip.com room description is a lie.
Also black mold on the wall, and bad smell in the room.

The only good are:
- location
- breakfast is okay
