On the very first day, I went out and my personal toiletries vanished when I back to my room.
It includes electronic tooth brush, Gillette razor, hair moisturizer cream….
Those are personal and so distinguish or easy to identify that they are not belongs to the hotel.
To me, this is stealing !
I feedback to the hotel staff and the staff using Vietnamese language to give me a very bad response….simply say “No” without any explanation.
The location was faraway from the town.
However, due to the difficult situation of language make the security staff (at night) yelling at me at the lobby area (I was sitting there to wait for the food by Grab, I show him the key card that I stay in this hotel and also show the Grab application about the food as he didn’t seem understanding of what I said. Unfortunately, he still yelling to me until I cry. After I get the food I went back to the room and didn’t mention anything as they were not able to speak or understand English much)
