The location was good, few minutes walk to Ham Tien beach.

The price was high compare to the price. Room was small and not so clean.
I came in a raining day, my room became so wet and very uncomfortable.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to the kitesurf beach. Pool 👌 Highly recommended

Great atmosphere! Manager and staff is super nice and helpful. There is a cool coffeshop downstairs. Pool is great especially after kitesurf. Kitespot is 2 minutes away. Perfect for remote work / workation!
The rooms have small issues but clean and clima works well.

Several of the photos shown are inaccurate or in the wrong spot. This is a good value budget hotel which is clean and can save you substantially from having to spend big on the resorts which dominate the front road and beach. Luckily, you can walk straight down the side road to reach the beach as no other access is available due to ridiculous resort overcrowding. The price is competitive and the staff are friendly but minimal English is spoken. .
