Centara Mirage Resort Mui Ne in Mui Ne

The hotel is huge, and it took us an hour to check in during the Chinese New Year. We also had to wait a long time for the golf cart, even though we had a reservation. However, the hotel environment is really nice and beautiful, perfect for a vacation.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied, 100 thumbs up! The service was warm and welcoming, and the shuttle bus was prompt and attentive. I really didn't want to leave. This hotel blows all the other hotels I've stayed at in Vietnam out of the water, and it's even the same brand as the hotels in the Maldives!

The resort is quite large, with beautiful scenery and great air quality. We booked a two-bedroom villa with a private pool. Our room was conveniently located very close to the activity center, within walking distance. Shuttles to the beach or lobby were quick to arrive. It was hot during the day, but mornings and evenings were very pleasant. There's an infinity pool, and they even have a foam party in the afternoon. In the evenings, there's a live singer who takes requests and interacts enthusiastically with guests. On alternate days, there's a Filipino artist performing fire stunts, which the kids absolutely loved. Breakfast was quite rich, though it could get a bit crowded. We had dinner there three nights in a row, and it got a little repetitive because the menu didn't change much, though the selection itself was still quite good. I even tried crocodile meat for the first time! The housekeeping staff were very diligent and responsible; it seemed like they spent a long time cleaning each time. When it was too hot to go out, just playing in our private pool was a great option. The only slight downside is that while the accommodation price is already quite high, everything else besides the room comes with an extra charge. This made it feel less like an all-inclusive experience and not very cost-effective.

The hotel grounds are expansive, so you need to take a golf cart to get around. My villa had two floors, three bathrooms, and a private pool right outside. The breakfast and dinner included in our package were excellent, and there was even a show by the restaurant entrance after dinner. The hotel also has kids' play facilities, a game room, and a bowling alley. Other than it being a bit crowded during the holiday, leading to queues for the golf carts and meals, everything else was fantastic. Highly recommended!

Facilities: The resort is huge and requires a shuttle bus to get around.
Cleanliness: Generally okay, but they forgot to clean the room. They brought replacement items on the spot.
Environment: Other than that, the environment is good, but the breakfast was terrible. For such a big hotel, there's only one breakfast restaurant, which was very crowded and negatively impacted the experience.
Service: Pretty good.
LED and Fire Art Performance: There's a performance at the outdoor dinner's round table stage. If you're not dining, you can only sit on the steps to watch. It's an optional watch, nothing special.

Good combination of quiet villa with fun public areas. Breakfast buffet is good but crowded during Tet, as expected. Resort is a bit far from main central town areas, and road is not yet paved so drive is bumpy.

It's hard to put into words. The toiletries were terrible, and both breakfast and lunch were awful. I had the worst pho ever here. The only upside was probably the location, being by the sea and offering a nice sunset view.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the attractions, and the property itself is massive. The shuttle service can take you anywhere on the grounds. There are numerous swimming pools, all perfect for photos. Dining and shopping options nearby are very convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are comprehensive.
