-Room: average, a bit dusty, the bed sheets have some stains on it but what annoys me most is the mosquitoes. Besides, each water bottle provided cost 10k and not included in the room fee.
-Service: amiable, warm, polite receptionist.
-Location: close to Pineapple beach, Nemo beach bar but a downside is that it is on a road that is under construction, very dusty.
Overall it is what it is, a 2-star hotel, fair enough.

Great family run guesthouse pools small but nice I got sick and the women helped me go to the pharmacy would definitely return

Generally speaking, the hotel is a bit old, but it's more convenient to eat nearby.

We had a great stay has everything you need the room was very clean the whole hotel space was immaculate considering the price it’s always amazing and refreshing to see the price tag does not define the cleanliness of a hotel omg we paid 16.50 Aud a night and to be fair we did check in up the road paid 33 Aud and it was very unclean

The guest house is nice and the rooms are really spacious. The pool looks good but we did not use during our stay. Around the guest house you can find anything you need like restaurants, bars and shops.

Around the guest house you can find anything you need like restaurants, bars and shops. As far as I Know there was no breakfast offered but there are a lot of places around. Overall, I can recommend this hotel.

Had a good overall experience. We came to see the sand dunes and were 55 minutes from the furthest, with tours running from outside the resort. The pool was clean and well maintained.

I have been woken up by construction and House keeping at 7 Am in the morning. Around 9, my boyfriend went at the reception ask them if construction could start later because people sleep at 7.. and the reception lady told us to respect the workers that come from far ?!?!
We asked if tomorrow it would be the same and she said that they would not be there ( as it will be Saturday ) so we decided that we wanted to stay one more night but she wanted to charge the ‘regular price’ but i asked the day before when we arrived if we stay one more night if it would be the same Price that we Paid on Agoda and she mentionned for tomorrow Yes same Price , but not the days after tomorrow.
We decided to leave as the client service is very bad.

No hair dryer in a COASTAL area hotel
This is my second times in this hotel. The first one was nice. But the second was terrible:
- I came to them directly, not through any website, and they actually charged me HIGHER than all the websites (and I can find many places with better deal)
- when i borrow a hair dryer for my girlfriend, they said customers borrowed all of them, which is 1. ONE for the whole ~ 20 rooms hotel !!!
- towels are in very bad shape. Both of them in my room are very harsh, seems they’re being used for a very long time
