Probably not the best place to stay if you’re wanting mosquitoes and lizards in your room. There’s gaps everywhere in the windows and doors which allows critters into your room. The floor was also dirty covered in hair and dirt, there was also a razor blade on the door outside our room.
The WiFi dips in and out all the time so it’s very inconsistent.
The shower is very good it’s powerful and very hot, maybe too hot if I’m honest, but does a great job!
There’s a good fan and air conditioning which cools you down right away. There’s a working fridge, they also provide soaps and toothbrushes.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews on hotels/hostels but we genuinely felt uncomfortable and had to leave after one night of staying here. If they did a few things to eliminate the problems then it would have been a much better place for us to stay. We had to put one of our towels against the bottom of the door to stop bugs/lizards coming in through the night.

Stayed here for almost two weeks. (Extended my initial stay of one week.)
The place is run by a sweet local family. Everything is working well (AC, fridge, fan, hot shower). There's also a kitchen you can use.
Really appreciated the location because it's quiet over there.
Would stay there again.

I stayed at Hoang for three nights, and although it looks closed when you first arrive, you just walk a bit further in and the staff are there waiting for you. There’s quite a lot of construction going on along the road in front of the hotel.
The staff were incredibly kind and offered plenty of tour options. It was very quiet while I was there I don’t think there were any other travellers around but I didn’t mind the peaceful vibe.
The rooms were surprisingly nice, with two double beds, plenty of space for your things, and a hot shower. The air-con worked really well honestly a bit too well at times, which is always a win in the heat! Overall, it had a lovely family feel and made for a comfortable stay.

Lovely rooms, aircon, a fans and hot showers! The staff were so lovely and helpful. Make sure you do the tour to the sand dunes with the owner he was really fun and made the day!

the owner is very rude and a liar. upon arrival he asked me for and how long I was staying and when I said I would definitely like to extend my stay then he said there were no more places in the resort it was full (it was empty and there was only one person in the entire resort). the next day I asked if any places had become available and he said that there were no places because he had a full booking. My friend stayed one night longer because he had booked in advance and it turned out no one else was in the resort apart from him so it was completely empty and the fullbooking information was a lie. I don't recommend that place. Is dirty and owner is not Nice

Good bits - I arrived early and was checked in without a problem. Comfy mattress, beautifully crisp white sheets and clean fresh towels. Sachets of toiletries and a couple of bottles of water. Fridge, fan and AC all great.
Bad bits. The shower had very little pressure so it took a while to get wet! The water was warm in the evening but tepid in the morning. The bathroom tapped constantly had a thin trickle. Could not stop it. This place is essentially manned by the cleaner. When I arrived she had to call someone to check me in. And it was her that gave me my passport when I checked out. They say they offer trips, have a restaurant and a bar. They have the signs and the spaces for this. I’m sure they have the facilities for it, but there is no one there to serve you. My 2 interactions were at 13:00 and 11:00. You would think the accommodation would be manned and ‘open’ at this time
