Sochi Hotel Nha Trang Beach in Nha Trang

the staffs were so nice and helpful, they taught me some Vietnamese words. The location was easy to walk to the beach, its literally just 2-min walk from the hotel. The view at the pool was nice!!

The room and windows are very nice. The TV turns on with the lights. Breakfast has everything you need, and they even fry eggs separately upon request. The coffee isn't great. 😁
The room is poorly renovated, the air conditioning is weak, and it can't handle 18 degrees. The windows have to be closed when it's sunny. The shower head needs replacing, as does the small coffee table. Overall, it's a great option—no insects, no mold, and with a sea view from every angle. The receptionists are lovely. 🩵

The hotel isn't bad, and the rooms are nice, but the breakfast ruined everything – or rather, the lack of food. Empty trays everywhere. When I tried to talk to the staff, I was completely ignored.

Overall, I liked the hotel. Towels were changed daily, but I didn't notice any changes to the bed linen. There was a stain on the duvet cover that stayed for the entire 10 days. Toothbrushes, combs, and cotton swabs were all provided. Shampoo and body wash were all in bottles. At first, they provided soap, but then they apparently ran out. The room has a mini-fridge—it can fit about three 1.5-liter bottles, and it seemed to turn off when leaving the room. The safe was confusing twice: I left with it locked and checked, then came back after housekeeping—the safe was open, but everything was still there. Green tea and 3-in-1 coffee were complimentary. Bottled water turned out to be extra upon checkout, even though they said it was free. Only what's inside the refrigerator is extra, and they didn't put anything in the refrigerator, so maybe there's a translation error. The hotel is a "party spot" with a bunch of bars, small shops, and other amenities. There's an ATM across the street where everyone withdraws money from their Sberbank cards. While this is great for some, sometimes someone sings or talks loudly outside the window until 3 a.m. The shower is separated from the room by glass, but there's a roller shade. I'd like to have a shower gel dispenser both in the shower and near the sink, but I have to keep the glass bottles on the floor in the shower, which is inconvenient. There's sometimes an unpleasant smell coming from the sewer in the shower. The hotel staff is very helpful and will give you advice, even if it's not related to their work. They speak English. A taxi driver called me to ask about directions, I asked the receptionist, and the girl answered. People are asking for taxis to the hotel.

This isn't our first time staying at this hotel, and everything was great again. The staff is very friendly.

I stayed at this hotel alone for a few nights. Overall, everything was fine, especially considering the price. The room was clean, and the housekeeping was decent, no complaints there. There's air conditioning, hot water, all the basics work as they should. The amenities met my expectations: nothing fancy, but enough for a comfortable stay. It was comfortable to sleep, and the room was quiet.

The Wi-Fi is average, the view from the 11th floor window was of the mountains, the staff was friendly and polite, the TV doesn't support smart TV, the room is clean, but the walls and furniture are already showing signs of wear in some places, the water is hot quickly, the rooftop pool works, the mini gym is also good, the transparent shower can be closed with a curtain, the bed is comfortable

Overall im satified with the hotel.Definitedly will cone back!
