Everything seemed clean and tidy, but... the balcony door looked like it belonged to a closet. The balcony itself was purely symbolic and shared with a laundry room, so you'd better lock the balcony door. There's no trash can in the room either. Otherwise, it's pretty standard, but honestly, for this price, you could find something better and cheaper within a 300m radius. I paid 1500 rub/night. To be frank, 1000 rub would be a fair price.

Good location close to the beach. Big rooms but it feels empty inside and not too cozy. Generally clean but lots of dust on top of the shelves. Noise from the corridor is annoying during the cleaning in the morning

All of these work properly.
WiFi was also available.
Soundproofing is excellent. However, if you're in a room next to the elevator, you'll hear a low-pitched elevator noise.

There's a refrigerator, but it's only there to maintain temperature, not to cool.
There's only one type of shampoo-like product.
The shower doesn't get hot unless you run it for more than five minutes.
The water is lukewarm.
The windows aren't transparent, so you can't see the view.

The room had a sea view. The view was actually blocked by neighboring buildings, and there was an empty landing below. Overall, the view wasn't great. There were bars on the window, too.
The cleaning was poor; there was black hair everywhere. The towels were gray. The furniture was dark, and the room felt gloomy. It wasn't cozy.

Great hotel for the price, very polite staff, room cleaning every day 🔥🔥🔥. The location is great, the sea is a three-minute walk away, lots of cafes nearby, which, by the way, don't interfere with your sleep). Everything is super.
