Special word to Andy as he was brief, professional and goes a long mile for every customer
Facilities and cleanliness were just okay. The furniture was made of high-density board and had a smell. The cleanliness under the bed also wasn't great, with some leftover rubbish. In the morning, someone suddenly swiped their key card and entered our room, but thankfully we had engaged the manual lock, so it was just a scare.
