I’ve stayed here off and on for 8-10 years. Some times a week or two, one year I stayed here for 8 weeks. That’s (2 months) It’s not The Waldorf Astoria or The Ritz, and I’ve stayed at both. The Phụ Quy is imperfect, the way I like it. I’ve stayed in 1201 facing The Louisian, I’ve stayed in 1204 facing north, both with incredible views and to me, very comfortable. I’ve also stayed in the center rooms with no view at all which are different but quiet and equally as comfortable. To me there is no downside because of the proximity to the beach, several restaurants and The Louisian restaurant and pool. All within walking distance. I don’t care about the amount of stars this place is rated or what anyone’s review says because I’ve stayed here more than most people. The Phụ Quy has always been my 1st choice when statin in Nhà Trắng. Special thanks to the staff, incredible group of people, hard working and all very accommodating. Remember people, before complaining about anything, put yourself in their shoes, prior to opening your pie holes on line, Vietnamese workers are grossly underpaid and should be treated with respect and tipped well. Typical Daily wage is $200,000.00 vnđ, that’s $10 usd I leave $100,000.00 ($5) minimum, on the dresser every morning for the housekeeper/s. Any waiter or waitress I encounter receives the same. Imagine what COVID did to these people when it put them out of work for 2 years solid. And still has not recovered. REMEMBER TO TREAT THE WORKERS WITH RESPECT.

Does someone need their hand held? MOTALAW couldn’t be any more full of krap. Who arrives anywhere at 4:00am? With an attitude. “News flash” you’re in Vietnam, why would they speak English? Next time, Book a room at The Ritz Carlton if you need your “ars” kissed do bad. $600 a night vs $20 Lol Then complain because you’re too cheap over the $20 Waaaa! There were no courtesy maps! Waaaa!! There was no TP Call housekeeping, resolve the issue, if it’s even true. You know, I stayed here every year for the past 10 years from late January to early April, that’s right, over 2 months. Top floor in the corner facing The Louisian, awesome corner view and night time entertainment. Then they built the Glory Hotel, blocking the view. Never once did I have a problem even remotely resembling what you’re explaining. The Phu Quy or Phu Quy2 at the time was always my first choice because it’s proximity to the Louisian pool and beach club. I became so attached to my housekeeper, I was tipping her $100,000 - $200,000 a day, sometimes more. Nothing was EVER out of place and everything was always clean. Nobody had to babysit me or inform me that there was a dining room on the 2nd floor and breakfast was always awesome. Biggest problem I ever had was the toaster need to be held down to toast the bread. I tried to buy them a new one, but all of it was available were toaster ovens. You’re bad review did a lot of good, this place is always booked solid. So GOD SAVE THE QUEEN! And MANCHESTER UNITED!! Stay in England Next time.. TRUMP 24’

Room is nice and clean but smaller from what we saw in booking picture. The sea view is from side which has balcony (slightly high price for this). Adjacent bathroom quite noisy.

We arrived in Nha Trang at 4am courtesy of a late running VIP bus. They took us to the only hotel they knew with a 24 hour reception. We were told by a very surely man,(non English speaking) there was only one room available at 400,000 vnd per night and we were to check out or pay for further nights by mid day less than 8 hours later. Normally the room would have been 300 vnd.. The room had not been prepared no toilet rolls no pillows no towels. We got to sleep at 6am only to be woken at 8am by very loud drilling noises which continued throughout the day. Should mention the view from our room was a brick wall and that is where the noise came from. This noise could be heard loud and clear from the main beach road and well over 100 metres away. The reception were very unhelpful and very rude. No courtesy maps, no help offered in English or Vietnamese. Apparently somebody as we were leaving said we were entitled to a breakfast which we were never told of. When it came to check out because the room had not been cleaned or mini bar replenished the hotel wanted extra money from me to replace missing drinks. Please save yourself a lot of trouble by not staying here. Customer Service and manners from all staff non existent. Put this one down to experience but I would confidently say, this is one of the worst hotels I have seen in SE Asia.

There're two groups of receipts. One group is composed of a young lady and a silent man, who are badly rude to every request from me, I completely don't think they help customers with friendly smile, instead, they convey pressure of working in unhappy way.

Moreover, the interior decoration is old as 5-8 years ago, and the hair drier is broken, It's not over, the air condition leaks water badly. I try my best to understand why they serve their customers so bad, the only answer I could imagine is, they don't speak English well and simultaneously don't accept Vietnamese translated by google.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. As for the bad, the staff at the front desk are rude and act like you are wasting their time.

We booked a taxi to the airport which didn't come. The person at the desk didn't want to help and went back to sleep. We finally got our money back at least.

The breakfast is ok, but if you arrive after the rush, many things will be gone.

The toilet in the room leaked and didn't flush properly, and the door didn't lock properly. The bed was not comfortable as you could feel the springs in your back.

All of this would be fine, but the terrible service made it a nightmare.

Spend less money and get better service at a budget hotel, or find a better 3 star hotel somewhere else.

very tired room ....friendly staff ....needs a lot of cleanup.
rooms tiny - (my) bathroom not good at all....
But - hey - for this price - what can you expect.
Location ? GREAT! 2 min to the Beach - 10 to Sailing Club.

location is very good, also laundry service works perfectly and they cleaned the room and change towels regularly. however very disappointed by "all you can eat" breakfast - half of the things was missing one hour before closing and they didn't refill anything but baguettes and one kind of fruit. definitely not worth the money. breakfast staff was not very friendly either.

People in the lobby are very impolite and unprofessional. They made us wait from 12.am till 2.30pm but the room was still not ready. Then they gave us the key to our room, and the room was still a mess. We had to come back and waited. The room was very small compared to the price we paid. We booked it online so we could not get the refund. The security man is a total mess, too. He did not help the guests. He even smoked next to where we sat. I can not tell you anything more but stay away from this hotel.

Not so nice receptionist. The AC was broken in our room and the dripping water was everywhere when we came back from sightseeing. No compensation or apologize, i have asked the hotel staff many times and received back the silence
