This was my first time visiting Nha Trang and we were absolutely delighted with our room. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were enthusiastic and lovely ☺️. The cleaning lady we met was so sweet and cheerful hahaa. The sea view was amazing, and there was even a swimming pool! We'll definitely be back and recommend it to our friends.

No chairs or table on the balcony. One chair for two in the room. Difficult to talk to the manager, very aggressive and unfriendly. Despite a fairly long discussion, she wouldn't budge, a real brick wall. It's a shame she knew I was obliged to stay for Tet. She tried to make me believe it was impossible to change rooms. I was forced to choose a much more expensive room. I tried to negotiate. Another brick wall, and she wasn't smiling. I told her my opinion wouldn't be nice either, and she wasn't either.

Clean, spacious and well located. Tv in room doesn’t work, and late checkout is expensive in comparison to room rate. There are no safes in the rooms, so any valuables (passport etc) have to be stored at reception. No restaurant or drinks etc available.

Excellent hotel. Near the central embankment. All cafes and shops are within walking distance. The hotel staff is very attentive. Despite checking in at night, they provided us with a room, and the next day we moved to another one, taking into account our wishes. There is air conditioning, towels, toothbrushes, hairdryer, refrigerator, TV. the guys are simply amazing. I recommend it to everyone!!

The price is cheap, but if you go up 2,000 to 3,000 won,

Unless there is complete cost savings
30,000~40,000 won for swimming pool, breakfast, etc.
It's okay
Maybe it's a backpacking trip?
Not recommended for travel
The refrigerator is a decoration

Very nice 5 star hotel, friendly staff, always asking how guests are doing. I really like the reception staff Khanh, Mi and Ngan. Because they are very friendly and always answer our questions. The hotel has its own beach, a 1-2 minute walk to the beach, and access to other attractions is very convenient. The sea view rooms are very beautiful, comfortable and clean. This restaurant offers a rich menu and beautifully presented dishes. My friends and I had a wonderful vacation here. I plan to return to Marbella in the future

There was a lot of time left between checking out of the hotel and my flight, so I decided to rest and take a shower.
The room was quite small, but there was no problem in resting.
It's cleaned well too.
Air conditioning is the best...
It was so nice to have a cool breeze coming out right away.
It's a shame there's no soap.
