Seven Seas Hotel and Apartment in Nha Trang

This is the worst hotel of my life. I installed a new shower filter and took a shower. What I saw after the shower was horrifying: numerous bugs and chunks of plastic came out with the water. The hotel claimed that the bugs might have come from our shower filter and refused to refund us. We had booked for 5 days. When this issue occurred on the first day, we asked for a refund for the remaining 4 days. We said, "We can't stay here. The water is too dirty. Refund us for the days excluding the first." However, the hotel staff replied, "We can't agree with your claim that the water is dirty. No refund is possible." We didn't receive any refund for the 5 days of accommodation. This is the worst hotel of my life. It wasn't just the water; the floor and desk were covered in dust, and there were loads of lizards and bugs. When I tried to use a tissue, a massive amount of dust fell to the floor. Never go here. It will greatly upset you.
