Green Hotel Nha Trang Hotel in Nha Trang

We change hotels every 2-5 days, this one was out of 20 hotels in Nha Trang we’ve tried over 2 months. And this hotel was the most disgusting and misleading. Don’t ruin your vacation. You don’t even need to pay more for the comfort in this area,just skip this hotel and try another one, thank me later.

They need to stop fooling people and close for the big renovation. there’s absolutely no price to pay to stay in that abundant trashy space. Wouldn’t stay there even for 100k vnd/night.

Smells really really bad. Very old facilities. All absorbed a smell of cigarettes smoke. Had to go to laundry service right after two nights in this hotel because even all our staff and even backpacks absorbed the smell 🤢🚬. The whole floor smelled like ashtray right out of an elevator. They try to mask it off with the perfume spray but that makes them look even worse…. Like they fool their guests and say it’s okay 👌🤡
🌚The room is extremely dark. No proper lighting, only a few lamps.
Very uncomfortable stay. They seem like don’t care at all. Just money, just business🤑
The remote of an AC didn’t work, and it was loud and noisy and cold, couldn’t regulate it without a remote. So you either fight the smell without an AC or the noise with an AC is on. Of course I got sick and ended up with strong headache right next morning and this affected the whole week 🤧🤒
The bathroom was dirty and old like from 70s, as other guests shared in their reviews.
⚠️The water is hot just for one person to take a shower quickly, then you need to wait 20-30 minutes until that huge & dirty thing heats water up.
They describe their design as “Green Hotel Nha Trang offers 66 spacious rooms which are gracefully decorated in the traditional Vietnamese style with high grade wood and luxurious rattan furnishings”.. That so called Design made the way the dust can never be cleaned out of it.. there were bits of food embedded into tables, chairs, bed frames. Of course there were lots of different kinds of insects, ants, cockroaches 🪳
I believe they boost fake reviews, otherwise there’s no explanation how that is possible to have this hotel listed under the price range within other hotels that are more clean, modern, newly built. This hotel is an absolute absurd we have experienced in SE Asia, not just in Nha Trang, not just in Vietnam.

I believe there are alot of fake reviews with this place. The receptionist is very friendly. the facilities are old and smelly, definitely need the carpet replaced. the bathtub/shower looks like it's from the 70s, there is one room that looks like it's been broken into before. also the window was not lockable.
