I was originally very satisfied with this hotel. We could park our motorcycle directly in the lobby and the security staff were very friendly. Room is nice and clean but smaller from what we saw in booking picture. The sea view is from side which has balcony (slightly high price for this). Adjacent bathroom quite noisy.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are big. Purely. Towels were changed every day. And every day they brought toothpaste and soap and gels. The breakfast buffet is very varied. There are both Vietnamese and European dishes. You definitely can't leave hungry. The staff is smiling and polite. On the first floor is not a bad massage room.

It's very nice hotel. The beach is very near and just walking around 500m. You also buy many things at Cho Dam market ( very nearly 700m from the hotel)

Comfortable service, excellent quality, beautiful scenery, clean rooms, modern and elegant design, suitable for most customers. The staff here are super enthusiastic and cute. Quality food to taste. If I have the chance, I will come back and choose this place because of the lyrical and poetic land with blue sea and white sand.

Old hotel, reminds me of the 90s, 0s. They don't allow you to open the windows, which is a big minus for me. They don't allow friends in either. It wasn't that bad to live there, but I wouldn't stay there again

Helped the tour guide in the group to book a room and reported that the stay was okay.

Very old hotel, wifi works terribly, old fashioned A/C with control panel mounted onto the wall, ancient television with low resolution. Breakfast is acceptable, cant say it is good. No water hose in WC. 2 stars for nice & friendly staff. 1 star: it is close to the sea. Total: 3 stars at maximum.

Great location and very clean rooms. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. It's just a short walk to the beach, and there are lots of dining options nearby. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Excellent value for money.

There are bed bugs and they didn't change the room for me. They only changed the bedsheets which situation didn't change. Didn't expect this happened at a 4 star hotel.

Everything was pretty good, and it was great value for a one-night stay. I was surprised that such an inexpensive hotel offered a decent breakfast. The location is convenient, not far from popular spots. Vietnamese hotel staff are always proactive about helping with luggage, even putting it in your car!

Budged hotel with friendly staffs

Got a clean and spacious room on the 9th floor. The quality is decent in this recovering time after Covid. The hotel sits right in the "backpacking corner" of the city and is close to pretty much everything, street food, restaurants, massage parlors, malls, beach, you name it. Memorable stay.

On this photo the sky is beautiful, but in fact just cut up in photoshop at home next. Why lie in the first place, I do not understand.

Inview rooms come with a view of the corridor, no more Windows. Towels in the room, only 2 large, small no. To sea is not far away. Good area. Many cafes, shops, massage, etc. the Hotel is not old, everything is OK. Smoking is allowed only in the corridor.

Great location in the city center, but in a quiet back alley, with all you need 20 meters around (Restaurants, massage...). Awesome staff, very kind and helpful ! Very nice rooms for a cheap price. Definitely a perfect spot in Nha Trang. Would come back here, with no doubts.

The highlight of this place is it's staff. Two really lovely, helpful and knowledgeable ladies work the front desk. Our room was always spotless. The room itself was comfortable and the hotel is in a good location in the centre of the city. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back if we're ever in Nha Trang again.

The rooms arr small bit clean, nice shower and comfortable bed, so it is a good value for the price. located right in the centre of Nha Trang but in a small alley off the main street so its quite and nice.

For the money a great place. Just be sure to take a room with sea view with a balcony, otherwise the window will come out literally on the wall in the hallway.

Saphia Hotel was an amazing experience. Great quality breakfast and the best ice cream just outside the front door. Room was very comfortable and shower was great. The pool had an amazing view over the ocean. Very handy to shopping and the night markets too.

This is a great budget hotel in an amazing location right near the beach. We got a deluxe seafacing room. It has a great view. The breakfast is good, but gets very busy point to note.This is a medium budget hotel, but great value for money

We had our Thanksgiving dinner here, and overall it was a lovely experience. The set menu was 600k per person, including a few appetizers, turkey, dessert, and even a cocktail. Considering the prices of other restaurants offering turkey in Nha Trang, this was very reasonable. The food was surprisingly good. The turkey was juicy with a nice Western flavor—honestly, I thought it was better than Popeyes...

I’ve been living at TUI BLUE for about a year. My favorite spot is The Bar by the pool on the 5th-floor Deck Floor. Reasonably good hotel located in the back alley. Room was spacious and clean. Acceptable budget option. The breakfast options very fairly limited and not very tasty. Security guard was not very accommodating when trying to park renter motorcycle after midnight.

Hi just wanted to let you know great hotel ,great location and fantastic staff especially one staff member by the name of Nhi she was only to helpful 10 out 10 to her. The hotel is nice and conveniently located close to the square, market, sea, Gorky Park, and a bus stop nearby. The rooms are clean and not too large, but have everything you need. A balcony, which many hotels lack, is a big plus. Breakfasts were repetitive throughout the ten-day stay, but it's edible. There's a small pool on the rooftop, lit up in the evenings, and the view is beautiful.

The Hotel is nice, but hardly an employee can speak English there. The ladies at the reception just as the Rest, however, are not. The Breakfast is not to be 90% local (which is bad) but the staff to which they have not in the mood to work and you work, too. Plates and bowls stay empty for a long time.

Such an incredible place to stay. I was very happy with my room on the first floor but when I came to use the shower the hot water wasn't working. They made me change rooms ......... to the penthouse! The view from my balcony is the best in the world. The staff are so friendly and super efficient and some speak quite a bit of English. The breakfast was great. Totally love my stay here.

Clean room, great view of the bay (if you get a beachside room). Staff are helpful. Breakfast is a bit minimalist. Walk across the road for a swim. It's not luxurious but it's cheap and in good condition, I would stay again.
