Where to stay in Nha Trang

This hotel in located close to the market and within easy walk of the beach and most places in the city. Check-in is easy and the rooms when you arrive look clean. But the bathroom was not that clean, in the standard room there is a shower. The glass on the shower door was dirty and hadn't been cleaned in ages. Also we found a peace of tisuee or something on the floor in the shower that was dirty....

Complicated name. Reads like, Natani. Not at first Orient and after leaving the hotel you can easily get lost. Therefore, I recommend to take the business card of the hotel. Hotel is in a good location, close to the beach and services around but it is situated on the main road so it is a bit noisy there. My room was clean in general but there was old ugly wallpaper on the wall with dry worms there, torn curtains and bathroom is very small. We stayed in the hotel. Hotel itself was pretty nice. We checked in very quickly. Reception team is very helpful. Anytime we went asking for help they always helped us out. Although breakfast wasn’t good. Dining room smells bad in the morning. We don’t eat pork that’s why it was hard to choose any food. I had a room with a balcony and great view of the sea/beach. Ate the 50k dong breakfast. 1st time a great deal 2nd time - not so much.

Everything was good except for one very bad thing: the housekeeping staff took a guest's shirt. I lost a shirt, but I had to go home to double-check if I had simply forgotten it, which is why I'm only leaving this review today. The hotel really needs to review the integrity of their housekeeping staff to avoid negatively impacting the hotel's reputation.

Great location, the hotel is undergoing renovations, it's a bit noisy during the day but bearable, road noise, breakfast is weak

We liked the hotel; we stayed for three days. They upgraded our room to a large two-room suite. There's a Sapphire restaurant nearby, lots of cafes, and a stunning sea view. On the downside, I'd note the poor breakfasts.

It's dirty, they clean it every day, but they never even washed the toilet... they just changed the towels, put the water on and slid a rag across the floor. There is no soundproofing at all, you can hear everything, you can also hear it from the street, even with the windows closed. I don't recommend it. The view from the window and the location are great, but that's all the pros.

Friendly receptionist, especially Vy, the hotel let us leave our luggage early to wait until check-in time.

It was really disappointing when we arrived to find out that there is major construction going on beside the hotel. Which means a lot of noise regardless of what room your in. Usually hotels notify you before booking if there could be any disturbances but this was not the case. However we just stayed for one night and the staff at reception were very pleasant hence the 3 stars.

Rooms were nice, comfortable and clean. City views from the balcony were nice. Some of the photos online are not accurate, since there has been a building built next to the hotel - there is no longer view of the beach. It was a great location though, and the staff were really nice!

The staff was friendly, they have booked for us tickets for Vinpearl. Our room was clean and had everything we needed - A/C, minibar, comfortable bed. The only problem was that you could hear almost every noise from the next room.

Nice hotel. Regularly do the cleaning in the room, though there may be sheets with small holes and spots. Towels are swapped in and out daily. The only negative was stains on the walls. Otherwise all is well.

The view from the window is beautiful. Remove all food from the trash immediately, ants come in. The bed is incredibly hard, there's nothing to cover yourself with at night. My robe fits me, the room is clean, but if they replace the hideous countertop, it will be very nice. The room was clean and the owners were friendly. The room had both air conditioning and a fan. You could cool the room in the evening and sleep with the fan on, not worrying about drafts while you slept. It was convenient and pleasant.

Overall, it's OK. The room is a little small, and the bed takes up a lot of space. The service attitude is very good, but the location is a little off. Although you can see the sea and it's not far from the beach, it's a little far from the beach and the location is a little off.

Room is nice and clean but smaller from what we saw in booking picture. The sea view is from side which has balcony (slightly high price for this). Adjacent bathroom quite noisy.

Great area to stay,big buffet breakfast 6:30am till 9:30 am 1000 yards from a great beach with plenty of eating places, roof top pool, usually not busy,only to sun loungers and five chairs,security on the ball

location is very good, also laundry service works perfectly and they cleaned the room and change towels regularly. however very disappointed by "all you can eat" breakfast - half of the things was missing one hour before closing and they didn't refill anything but baguettes and one kind of fruit. definitely not worth the money. breakfast staff was not very friendly either.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are big. Purely. Towels were changed every day. And every day they brought toothpaste and soap and gels. The breakfast buffet is very varied. There are both Vietnamese and European dishes. You definitely can't leave hungry. The staff is smiling and polite. On the first floor is not a bad massage room.

It's very nice hotel. The beach is very near and just walking around 500m. You also buy many things at Cho Dam market ( very nearly 700m from the hotel)

It's an old hotel, but it was clean and friendly.. They even allowed early check-in.. It was great as a last-day half-night accommodation. There are many restaurants, massage shops, and cafes near the hotel. There are many good restaurants within walking distance, such as Banmi Pan, CCCP Coffee, etc.. It was good to rest and play before taking a flight.

It said there was an elevator, but there wasn't one. The room was okay for the price. I was planning to stay for 0.5 nights and take a shower anyway, so it was hard to go up and down with a stroller because there was no elevator. They helped me with my carrier when I checked in and out.

Ummm near the beach, about 4.5 minutes walk, cool air conditioning, when leaving the room someone will come in to clean and take out the trash, personal belongings are kept intact, reasonable price

Very good location, near the sea and restaurants. The room is quite clean, but the water is not free. The bathroom is spacious, there is soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush, but the shower is not warm.

Stayed here for a while before taking a night flight. It's not very ventilated. Book a room with a window.

There are bed bugs and they didn't change the room for me. They only changed the bedsheets which situation didn't change. Didn't expect this happened at a 4 star hotel.

Everything was pretty good, and it was great value for a one-night stay. I was surprised that such an inexpensive hotel offered a decent breakfast. The highlight of this place is it's staff. Two really lovely, helpful and knowledgeable ladies work the front desk. Our room was always spotless. The room itself was comfortable and the hotel is in a good location in the centre of the city. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back if we're ever in Nha Trang again.

Budged hotel with friendly staffs

Got a clean and spacious room on the 9th floor. The quality is decent in this recovering time after Covid. The hotel sits right in the "backpacking corner" of the city and is close to pretty much everything, street food, restaurants, massage parlors, malls, beach, you name it. Memorable stay.

On this photo the sky is beautiful, but in fact just cut up in photoshop at home next. Why lie in the first place, I do not understand.

Inview rooms come with a view of the corridor, no more Windows. Towels in the room, only 2 large, small no. To sea is not far away. Good area. Many cafes, shops, massage, etc. the Hotel is not old, everything is OK. Smoking is allowed only in the corridor.

Reasonably good hotel located in the back alley. Room was spacious and clean. Acceptable budget option. The breakfast options very fairly limited and not very tasty. Security guard was not very accommodating when trying to park renter motorcycle after midnight.

Hi just wanted to let you know great hotel ,great location and fantastic staff especially one staff member by the name of Nhi she was only to helpful 10 out 10 to her.
