Very cheap, older hotel, but clean.

All is great! Cerebrolog loves it. Maybe a bit noisy street. But service nice, and all is clean. Fridge in a room okay. I check in late at night, they helped me okay. North of nha trang is better than center for me.

Everything was great – friendly staff, the TV worked, and there was a mountain view from the window.

A nice, clean hotel with a large and spacious room. Everything was tidy and comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of the sea, and there was a stunning view of the mountains from the window. I really enjoyed my staying there.

Excellent value for money! Clean, comfortable rooms with a brilliant shower - actual hot water and amazing pressure. The pool was on the chilly side but warm enough for a refreshing dip and I imagine will only get warmer as the weather does.

The hotel itself and everything in it looks a bit tired and worn out. Though I had almost no expectations based on the price I paid, I was totally satisfied with the experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room had a nice small balcony, everything in the room worked fine. Breakfast buffet was good, totally worth its price. I have stayed at this hotel for several times. I like everything. The room is spacious, the room is cleaned every day. Everything is very clean. There is a nice balcony where it is nice to sit in the evening. Great vview from the window. Beach is 3mins walk. There is a nice pool and recreation area on the roof. So everything is fine. Thanks

OK hotel, very suitable for family travel

I booked a hotel on agoda. The hotel is new and beautiful. The room is a delight, senior sea view on the 15th floor with sea views and a second floor-to-ceiling panoramic window overlooking the city. On the 17th floor there is a bar, sauna, hammam and swimming pool. Bar prices are very reasonable!

Small new hotel in a good location. Located in the alley with a small local market of fruits and fast food. The prices are low.

A very good and clean hotel. Some rooms have sea views. The only drawback is the noise from a nearby bar. But if you're looking for a place for a short stay, this hotel is more than suitable.

This place is full of contrasts! They greeted us warmly at first, even checking us in a little early, and even left water outside our door when I asked them not to disturb us. But getting back was more difficult; everything was cluttered with bikes, so I had to ask them to clean it up. The bed seemed fine, but the internet was slow, the furniture was old, and the icing on the cake—a large, fleshy cockroach...

I stayed here briefly before heading to the airport. The facilities were a bit dated, but I had a comfortable stay.

If you consider huge cockroaches as pets (3 in 4 nights), then everything else is very decent

We stayed one night, the air conditioning didn't work, the TV didn't work, the room was stuffy, the windows didn't open, the staff was friendly, they gave us a kettle, we checked in right away at 12 o'clock, we arrived, we left, they wished us a safe journey

Staff was very friendly and spoke fairly good English. They gave us a tutorial on our room which was upgraded! Mini bar prices were very reasonable. Only complaint is the room could have been a bit cleaner.

In short, it's not bad, but the service is poor. We stayed on the 11th floor. The rooms are clean, bright, and quite spacious. Cleaning is done daily. The breakfast is average. It has meat, vegetables, fruit, tea, and coffee.

The hotel is very far from all the attractions. The room is large and the view is beautiful. The staff is very accommodating. There is a relaxation area where you can spend time. The breakfast is very poor; there is nothing to choose from, only soup or eggs. The sea is close by, so you can go for a swim. There is a good restaurant nearby.

It is an OK hotel, and I think it is not an 5 star hotel in my opinion. It could be a 2 star hotel in the guise of a 4 star hotel. The only major complaint I have is the weak airconditioning in my room. I am not sure if the airconditiing is maintained well as the air is not continuous or intermittent. For the price, I think it is reasonable. But it does not deserve a high rating.

This hotel is mainly visited by group tourists from other countries. It's difficult to walk to get to downtown. The staff is friendly, but they don't care about the Baang situation. The photo is of the sea in the distance seen from the room.

The location is good, but there is one thing: cockroaches sometimes crawled into one of the rooms.

Location is very convenient, extremely busy and lively. The swimming pool on the sixth floor of the hotel is small, the room rate does not include breakfast, and there are many good places nearby for the beautiful view of the room.

We stayed at Panorama from March 7, and were pleased with the location of the hotel and the adjacent shops, cafes, and massage parlors. Cleaning and towel changes are done every day. The sea view and the balcony are a special treat.

Hotel is nice, but there are a lot of people, so need to be fast to take good food for breakfast! There are 2 Sun lounger, which is definitely not enough! One day these 2 loungers had bees brush so the smell was Terrible smell of paint! There is primary school on the south west side across the seasing hotel, do be ready to get up at 7 a.m.!

Overall, this is a really good hotel to consider for your stay. The staff are consistently polite and friendly. The room is spacious, there was nothing that looked worn out or old. Mine had a beautiful sea view on the 18th floor. Breakfast has a good day-to-day variety. Location-wise, various shops, saloons, and cafes are considerably cheaper on average than in the city center.

Good hotel for the price. Nice location if you’d like to stay at the North of Nha Trang. Very good selection of food for included breakfast. Our room at 15th floor had an ocean view, slightly obstructed by a lower building. As for amenities- at the top 21st floor small smelly swimming pool, very tiny gym with almost nothing and closed sauna. But it had a few tall tables with chairs and it was nice...

It is pretty good compared to the price we pay. Breakfast buffet is really exceed our expectations, and the receptionist on the floor is very kind and friendly. The swiming pool is a cute little one, good for children.

Great hotel—I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling on a budget or visiting with family. The only downside is that you might hear church bells in the middle of the night (there are two churches close to the hotel) and school songs early in the morning. We stayed for a day and a half. A five-hour extension costs 50%; longer stays require a full day's payment. The rooms are small. We were initially given a room with a small window, but after complaining and showing photos on Trip.ru, we were given a room with a larger window. We didn't have breakfast. The air conditioning didn't work. There were strangers' hairs all over the room... the shower drained...

Generally, the receptionist has a bad attitude towards Chinese people.

We stayed this hotel for four nights from Feb. 8, 2020. Located the beside the main street, so we were able to enjoy our vacation with calm, not be loud noise. It serves not only a nice and great breakfast every morning but quite good views with sea breeze at the rooftop. All staffs has a good attitude and polite for guests at the lobby. Super friendly and helpful staff! Clean room, fantastic shower, and very comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was huge and had everything you can think of and it was all pretty good. Roof top pool was colder than expected, but would probably be nice if it was HOT and sunny and not raining.

Nice hotel, good view. Service is average. Construction started in 7am, stuff knock in door to clean up the room at 8am, maybe I just like to sleep too much. Hotel should have a private beach, still no luck trying to find it on my own, make sure stuff showed it to you on the map. Stuff speaking English purely. So be ready for challenges.

The hotel in general was great, the view was amazing. The reception staff was very friendly and extremely helpful especially when I needed help getting ahold of the snorkelling tour company I had booked with. The rooms are clean a they get cleaned every day. The only downside was the breakfast lt was very disappointing as there are not enough choices but everything else was amazing.

However, the breakfast area had unclean floors, mediocre food, and was too noisy due to tour groups. A very forced 4-star hotel... The rooms look different from the photos. The bed linens were stained and hadn't been changed even once in a week. The room cleaning was very perfunctory. The breakfasts were disappointing; almost everything was adapted for Asian cuisine, the selection was extremely limited, and the cold meats/sausages were terrible. The beach isn't exactly close, so you'll have to walk...

Location it's a bit far from everything. The good point is there is not so many people like I'm the center, and bad point is that need to take a bike or car to go to most of places. The room size is smaller then most of the rooms for that price. Internet was ok. Air conditioner it's working but has smell if old dust or something like that. Stuff is ok, friendly. For short stay it's ok.

Overall, everything was fine, but there's a school nearby, so be prepared for early mornings, noise, etc. It didn't bother me too much; it's quite disciplined... but for those who love to sleep in...

Everything was okay. Probably, I wouldn’t like to smell the paint smell from the redecoration next door. Also, the wifi I couldn’t use, it was so unstable that was not good enough for video conference.

location is very great! we stay here one day and a half. It is near by the beach and you can goto the mainstreet by grab. I paid about 3$-5$. Also there are two bathroom so, it was very useful. I think hydraulic pressure is not so good, but it was not that big problem when i get shower. The cost is very reasonable. So, if you need place for short stay, this place will be good for you!

Great budget-friendly hotel in Nha Trang. I stayed here for multiple nights and was happy with the experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The staff were welcoming, and the rooftop pool was a nice place to relax after a day out. Good location and excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in the acacia. I wanted a room like in the photo - with a view of both the mountains and the sea, but it didn't work out. There is always a puddle on the balcony from the air conditioner. Greate place to stay, next to the beach. Rooms are big and confortable. Great breakfast. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I have no doubts to recommend this place and I will return again for sure.
