A very good and clean hotel. Some rooms have sea views. The only drawback is the noise from a nearby bar. But if you're looking for a place for a short stay, this hotel is more than suitable.

This place is full of contrasts! They greeted us warmly at first, even checking us in a little early, and even left water outside our door when I asked them not to disturb us. But getting back was more difficult; everything was cluttered with bikes, so I had to ask them to clean it up. The bed seemed fine, but the internet was slow, the furniture was old, and the icing on the cake—a large, fleshy cockroach...

I stayed here briefly before heading to the airport. The facilities were a bit dated, but I had a comfortable stay.

If you consider huge cockroaches as pets (3 in 4 nights), then everything else is very decent

The room I rented was basic. Could be cleaner. Cheap, at £8 per night (240,000VND). Great location. The bed is firm but comfortable. Air conditioning. Do not expect a good view. Cotton bedding and towels provided. Kettle and refrigerator. Booked through AirBnB for a total of 7 nights.

Hotel 2 minutes from the beach. The location is very good. I stayed for a week in a not very large room but if you don't have many demands it's fine. The only complaint is the cleaning of the room which was not formidable. For the rest ok... They provide kettle and glass bottled water as well as a fridge. The washing machine is a bit expensive, 40.000vnd per kg.

This hotel is great place for family holidays, cheerful and enthusiastic staff , it is located near the beach. So I think this is a perfect hotel when you visit Nha Trang.

In short, it's not bad, but the service is poor. We stayed on the 11th floor. The rooms are clean, bright, and quite spacious. Cleaning is done daily. The breakfast is average. It has meat, vegetables, fruit, tea, and coffee.

It is an OK hotel, and I think it is not an 5 star hotel in my opinion. It could be a 2 star hotel in the guise of a 4 star hotel. The only major complaint I have is the weak airconditioning in my room. I am not sure if the airconditiing is maintained well as the air is not continuous or intermittent. For the price, I think it is reasonable. But it does not deserve a high rating.

This hotel is mainly visited by group tourists from other countries. It's difficult to walk to get to downtown. The staff is friendly, but they don't care about the Baang situation. The photo is of the sea in the distance seen from the room.

Hotel is nice, but there are a lot of people, so need to be fast to take good food for breakfast! There are 2 Sun lounger, which is definitely not enough! One day these 2 loungers had bees brush so the smell was Terrible smell of paint! There is primary school on the south west side across the seasing hotel, do be ready to get up at 7 a.m.!

Overall, this is a really good hotel to consider for your stay. The staff are consistently polite and friendly. The room is spacious, there was nothing that looked worn out or old. Mine had a beautiful sea view on the 18th floor. Breakfast has a good day-to-day variety. Location-wise, various shops, saloons, and cafes are considerably cheaper on average than in the city center.

Good hotel for the price. Nice location if you’d like to stay at the North of Nha Trang. Very good selection of food for included breakfast. Our room at 15th floor had an ocean view, slightly obstructed by a lower building. As for amenities- at the top 21st floor small smelly swimming pool, very tiny gym with almost nothing and closed sauna. But it had a few tall tables with chairs and it was nice...

It is pretty good compared to the price we pay. Breakfast buffet is really exceed our expectations, and the receptionist on the floor is very kind and friendly. The swiming pool is a cute little one, good for children.

Great hotel—I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling on a budget or visiting with family. The only downside is that you might hear church bells in the middle of the night (there are two churches close to the hotel) and school songs early in the morning. The hotel is mostly Chinese, so breakfast is geared towards them. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, with street noise. The room is very small, with only a bed. There's no place to sit and drink coffee. There's a balcony, but you can only stand on it. The rooms are cleaned well every day. There are no beach towels.

We stayed for a day and a half. A five-hour extension costs 50%; longer stays require a full day's payment. The rooms are small. We were initially given a room with a small window, but after complaining and showing photos on Trip.ru, we were given a room with a larger window. We didn't have breakfast. The air conditioning didn't work. There were strangers' hairs all over the room... the shower drained...

Generally, the receptionist has a bad attitude towards Chinese people.

Location it's a bit far from everything. The good point is there is not so many people like I'm the center, and bad point is that need to take a bike or car to go to most of places. The room size is smaller then most of the rooms for that price. Internet was ok. Air conditioner it's working but has smell if old dust or something like that. Stuff is ok, friendly. For short stay it's ok.

Overall, everything was fine, but there's a school nearby, so be prepared for early mornings, noise, etc. It didn't bother me too much; it's quite disciplined... but for those who love to sleep in...

It's fine for a couple of days. We only got to check in at 4:40 PM because the previous guests checked out late. It was pretty mediocre.

It was really disappointing when we arrived to find out that there is major construction going on beside the hotel. Which means a lot of noise regardless of what room your in. Usually hotels notify you before booking if there could be any disturbances but this was not the case. However we just stayed for one night and the staff at reception were very pleasant hence the 3 stars.

Great budget-friendly hotel in Nha Trang. I stayed here for multiple nights and was happy with the experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The view from the window is beautiful. Remove all food from the trash immediately, ants come in. The bed is incredibly hard, there's nothing to cover yourself with at night. My robe fits me, the room is clean, but if they replace the hideous countertop, it will be very nice. There was a mix-up at check-in; they couldn't figure out the payment for a long time, then it turned out that Trip.com was paying...

The room was clean and the owners were friendly. The room had both air conditioning and a fan. You could cool the room in the evening and sleep with the fan on, not worrying about drafts while you slept. It was convenient and pleasant.

I got the room for a really good price. The location was fantastic. It’s near the beach. A close 5 mins walk and you’re by the beach. It’s also very central. Easy to get around. For the price, it’s really worth it. The room was clean and nice too!!

Excellent central location, near all the action, but off the main road in an alley so no traffic noise at all...the beach is just a few minutes away as well... friendly and helpful staff, with good English skills...my room was upgraded to a bigger one (much appreciated!)...2 big double beds, fully equipped with AC, fan, fridge, watercooker, flatscreen...good hot shower, steady internet...daily housekeeping...

The hotel in general was great, the view was amazing. The reception staff was very friendly and extremely helpful especially when I needed help getting ahold of the snorkelling tour company I had booked with. The rooms are clean a they get cleaned every day. The only downside was the breakfast lt was very disappointing as there are not enough choices but everything else was amazing.

The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-soundproofed, with easy access to local markets and restaurants. However, the breakfast area had unclean floors, mediocre food, and was too noisy due to tour groups. The swimming pool was large and beautiful, offering stunning night views, and the lounge chairs were comfortable.

A very forced 4-star hotel... The rooms look different from the photos. The bed linens were stained and hadn't been changed even once in a week. The room cleaning was very perfunctory. The breakfasts were disappointing; almost everything was adapted for Asian cuisine, the selection was extremely limited, and the cold meats/sausages were terrible. The beach isn't exactly close, so you'll have to walk...

This may have once been a good hotel. But that was a long time ago. Now, it's dusty everywhere, with worn furniture, a poorly draining shower, poor housekeeping, and constantly sticky floors in the room. Pros: clean linens. Daily tea and coffee and two 300ml bottles of water. There's a wading pool on the 18th floor.

Everything is quite good. The front desk service is very good. They are very responsible in helping to book the bus. The hotel's hygiene and facilities are also good. However, the surrounding environment is a bit poor. It is on the edge of the core area and the location is quite convenient.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of many restaurants but quiet at night. Run by very friendly vietnamese family who gave us free fruits everyday. Great price, balcony overlooking street and very clean. Highly recommend.

We have been 5 nights in Binh An Hotel, it is the best hotel we had in Vietnam. It was super clean, we had a quite big room with a balcony and could see the sea from there. The owner of the hotel is a family which helped us in every situation and on every question. They also gave us free fruits! All in all it was excellent.
