Location: 190 km from the airport Dubai, in 7 km from the city of Phan Thiet, near the Keg.

Consists of one 3-storey building, twelve 1-storey cottages and 1 three-storey villas.

Only 75 rooms.

Beach: private sandy beach, first coastline, 50 meters from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. The length of the beach 400 m.

We liked everything about the hotel. The only downside is that the sea is very dirty, it is impossible to swim. And a holiday in this hotel is only for those who love perfect silence! There is no entertainment. We want to say a huge thank you to the translator Marina, who works in this hotel! A very friendly and nice woman, she will help and advise in any matter.

There is a big difference compared to the hotel I came to 5 years ago. Perhaps it is due to the epidemic. There is no dinner, and the buffet breakfast has been replaced by a meal. The surrounding area has also lost popularity. There are groups of wild dogs on the roadside. Only the seaside scenery remains the same. Anyway, I don’t know how to do it. Come again…

Not developed area , desert( do not what . The SPA is open until 17 00 . A quiet hotel for those who want privacy ) good , but not calm sea , pool and bar saves ))) it's pretty shabby , but the rooms are clean and helpful staff . A restaurant and two cafes on the contrary, with a good kitchen , a café that left from the hotel we liked more than the right *))I will Say this I went here instead of Thailand , I decided to change a favorite vacation spot for new experiences ..... in vain ! And in Goa it would be better , surprisingly dirtier than the beach in the South Goa

Rested at this hotel from 17 to 28 January. The mass of impressions, mostly positive. A quiet, beautiful place for a relaxing and peaceful retreat! The rooms are cozy but there are cons - smudges on the walls, in the corners there is dust, although clean and change bedding daily!! Free food in the hotel only Breakfast from 7 to 9:30 a.m., but very dense and tasty! The restaurant in the hotel is decent, only minus the service sometimes forgot to bring something from the order, but besides us no one else was. Menu prices are moderate for 1000 rubles, you can eat for two plus three Beers. But we ate in the cafe opposite the hotel. Sea near the hotel is clean, there are sunbeds and towels. Very good-natured and friendly staff. For the price you paid for the ticket it is very great suggest.

The Resort is isolated but very beautiful view to the sea! It is very quiet in January and you can relax 100%. Staff is very friendly. Not all speak English, but with the help of google translator we managed everything. Furniture is old and there is a need of renovation. If you want to go out of the city and enjoy the sea, then this is the right place to go.

This is a best place for resting. Beautiful view, garden with a lot of tree, close to beach, clean room & swimming pool. The food is delicious. Staff is friendly. Everything is awesome. I'll be back if have a chance. Thanks
