Amza Park Hotel in Gagra

Now it's Amza, everything has been beautifully restored. Excellent service, affordable prices. I highly recommend it!

A great place, the grounds are a special treat – 6 stars. The service is also excellent; I only took off a star for the elevators – that's a shame, of course. Two elevators for 16 floors is nothing special. The food – we haven't seen anything like it even in Turkey, let alone Egypt – if it's possible to give it 7 stars))).

The Amza Park Hotel is a place you'll want to return to again and again. It boasts a vast, well-maintained grounds with a swimming pool and fountains. The hotel itself, from the moment you enter, evokes a cheerful mood; you know this is exactly what you've been waiting for. It's clean, bright, and has nice, comfortable furniture. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the linens are crisp white. And a special mention for the food. It's simply superb. The food is so delicious and varied that I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to the chef. The staff is friendly, smiling, and always wearing crisp white shirts. On a 5-point scale, I give it a 5+. I highly recommend it.

The former Energetik boarding house. A renovated building with fairly well-developed infrastructure. It claims to be a 4-star hotel, but wouldn't get that in Europe. Overall, everything is very good and decent. Gagra is considered a prestigious place, slightly inferior to the nearby Amra Park Hotel. Nevertheless, they strive to maintain the standard, although not always succeed. The rooms are decorated with good materials, but the workmanship is clumsy. It's not immediately obvious, but upon closer inspection, it's still noticeable. It's clean. Not perfect, but there's nothing to complain about either. I enjoyed my stay here. I have nothing to complain about, either with the staff or the amenities. Everything is there. Even more than I expected. The heated pool was a great surprise. The sea is definitely better, even at night, but thunderstorms do occur occasionally. Otherwise, there's an alternative to swimming while the thunder rumbles somewhere over the sea, making it scary to enter the water. The main building is located so that every room has a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains (hills). The hotel has its own well-maintained park, offering plenty of space for strolls. The food is good. The buffet offers a good variety and is delicious. There's an issue with the coffee—the machines are awful. They'll make a better one at the bar. But overall, it's not an Abkhazian drink, so don't expect anything fancy. There weren't any decent coffee shops in the area either. It's best to order tea. Overall, when you look out from your room's balcony at the houses and cottages in the area, it doesn't occur to you to find any fault with the hotel. Everything is fine. If you can afford this service, you won't find anything better. Maybe Amra, which is a bit more expensive.

I really liked the hotel! Gorgeous views, the sound of the surf, sunsets, palm trees. Nice rooms, a good gym, but a sauna is missing. The girls at reception were friendly and helpful. Thanks for the stay!

We had a great time. The hotel corresponds to 4*, polite staff, buffet, rich choice, sea and mountain views, small pebble beach and sand in places, clean sea. Super!

Now it is the Amza Park Hotel (Luna). Excellent transformation of a "scoop" into a modern hotel. To tell the truth, the transformation is still underway, but it is proceeding at an active pace. Next year, it seems to me, it will be a clear 4*. The infrastructure, territory, location are very good and well thought out. There is something to work on, and they are working on it. So... -You're on the right path, comrades! ;)

A modern hotel by all standards. Responsive and polite staff, with a slight touch of local flavor))). Compared to the rest of the situation in the city, the hotel compares favorably for the better. The territory is being taken care of and improvements are visible every day. The boarding house "Egergetik" has resurrected in a new guise. I would recommend relaxing here.
