Amran in Gagra

Excellent hotel, three meals a day, the choice is not huge, but everything is VERY tasty, the dishes were not repeated during the week. Special thanks to the wonderful administrators and the young man from the children's room.

We had a family vacation of 4 people from September 1 to 11. We never regretted choosing this hotel. We lived on the 4th floor. We rented two double rooms. The accommodation was comfortable. We were checked in immediately upon arrival, 4 hours earlier than agreed, which was very nice. The room has everything you need, although I took a hair dryer and towels with me just in case. Ironing board, iron, dryer on the balcony, safe, TV, air conditioning, small refrigerator, TV, kettle, mugs, hair dryer, gel, shampoo, towels, including a set that you can take to the sea. The rooms are cleaned every day, the cleanliness is perfect, linen and towels are changed every three days. The hotel had an animator in a separate room and conducted activities with the children, you could watch cartoons. We liked the food, very varied and very tasty, for which I would like to say a special THANKS to the team of cooks. Fruits and wine were every day. Two types of soups, several types of salads, various side dishes and meat dishes from chicken, beef, pork. Every day delicious desserts and freshly brewed coffee. The waiters are polite, sociable. Meals are buffet style, everything is great. Heated pool with lighting and hydromassage in the hotel courtyard surrounded by palm trees and tangerine trees. Very clean water, comfortable depth. We swam in it more often than in the sea. Thanks to the whole team of the Amran Hotel for a wonderful holiday and unforgettable impressions.

From Sochi we traveled by swallow to the station. Gagripsh (penultimate stop), there is only 1 km to walk to the hotel. We rented a junior suite for 4 nights, the price included breakfast in the off-season (in season 3 meals a day). When I booked, I had only one request - a lower floor, thanks to the girls, they provided me with a room on the 2nd floor, and even with two balconies! We checked in early because the room was ready. The hotel is very well maintained, clean everywhere, even on the balconies (usually hotels don’t monitor the cleanliness of balconies). The room has everything you need: hairdryer, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, safe, TV with a large number of channels and excellent quality, there are enough sockets in the room, I liked that the bathroom has a basin for laundry, a clothes dryer, a corkscrew, an ashtray, a minimal set dishes, tea with sugar. In the hallway there is a cooler and an iron. board. Good breakfasts with champagne, the range of dishes even changed daily, delicious pastries. The cleaning is high quality every day, the staff is very friendly, everyone is always the first to say hello. An excellent heated pool, the hotel also offers excursions, there are extras. services at the hotel - cedar barrel, for example, and others, everything is described in detail on their website. In the off-season, they only turn off the electricity (they don’t turn it off in the summer) 2 times a day for 2 hours (from 10 to 12 and from midnight to 2 a.m.), but at the same time wi-fi worked in the rooms, there were no problems with water and there was light in common corridors. We traveled without problems by taxi (downloaded the A-taxi app), to Abaata, for example, the cost was 260 rubles. (4 km from the hotel), it took us 1000 to get back to the border. In summer it’s probably even better - the beach and sea are across the road, just 20 meters to the road. I definitely recommend the hotel!!!

We rested in April. A small family hotel, when for the third day you recognize all the guests by sight, and some by name)) Regular room cleaning. The sea is across the road. Very convenient location, close to small shops and cafes for a snack at any time. In the spring, there is a breakfast food system. The breakfasts are not very varied, you won’t leave hungry from the series. But there is always a choice of hot, cold appetizers, and vegetables. We chose a hotel based on the presence of a heated pool and were not mistaken: it warms up, almost like in hot springs 😃 For a holiday in the off-season, when the sea is inaccessible, this is an excellent option

We vacationed with my wife and 4-year-old child, we really liked everything, the food was good, tasty, varied menu. There is a children's room where an animator was always with the children. The rooms are clean, just cross the road to the sea. In general, I recommend the hotel and will confidently recommend it.

We vacationed with a friend in November 2023 for the second time, and we will definitely come again. Great hotel. Relaxes like at your friends' cottage :))) The room is comfortable, spacious shower, excellent mattress and pillows, there are such important little things as a clothes dryer and basin, gel, soap, tea set, cooler on the floor..Breakfast - buffet - varied and delicious, and champagne))) By the way, in the BD there were also fruits and 🍾 in the room (nice, no strength) Administrator Christina is the person who works in her place. And always with a smile! The maid girls are also super. Yes, the whole staff , in principle, including the only male worker (I can’t write his name, I’m afraid I’ll make a mistake) Everyone works for the result, and you can feel it The hotel doesn’t need a recommendation, but nevertheless - definitely, if you’re on vacation in Gagra, then definitely in Amran

I really liked the hotel. Good location. The food is delicious and varied. The only thing missing was fruit. Not enough. Cleaning every day, comfortable mattresses. Close to the beach, we walk quickly, 2-3 minutes. You can ride around the city on minibuses for 25-50 rubles. We climbed a mountain in Gagra, very beautiful nature. The holiday was successful largely thanks to the Amran Hotel. We'll be back.

With all my heart I want to express my deep gratitude to the Administration, the chef and all the staff of the Amran Hotel for their hospitality, excellent service and delicious cuisine! Excellent well-coordinated work of the staff, which ensures the most comfortable and wonderful stay. Excellent location of the hotel, in the center between old and new Gagra, 80 meters walk to the beach and sea. Prudent staff who take into account all the wishes of vacationing guests, impeccable cleanliness inside and outside the hotel! Everything is provided in the room - a good hairdryer, a kettle, the necessary tea accessories, a corkscrew, 3 towels per person and a beach towel. The room has a beautiful view, a spacious balcony, a clothes dryer, cleaning every day, linen is changed every 3 days, comfortable beds, pillows and blankets. You can feel the excellent organizational talent of the hotel's managing founders! Thank you for your hospitality and hard work! We will come again and recommend you to our friends and acquaintances!

Excellent hotel! I recommend! We were there for a family with 2 children, the second half of June 2023. We liked everything!!! Very clean, no unnecessary fuss. The food is like home, everything is delicious. Almost every day is different. Nice champagne for breakfast, a glass of wine for dinner! The girls at the reception are very friendly, they will always tell you if you need anything. The sea is 100-150 meters away, just cross the road. The games room is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. This is very convenient if parents need to go to the store. A girl animator works with the children. There is no animation for adults, but everything is nearby: a cafe on the seashore with live music, shops. Abkhazia is a very hospitable country! If we manage to visit there again, we will definitely stay in Amran!

Super! Third time here and as usual everything is perfect! If there are any problems (and how without them) everything is solved instantly. I will definitely come here again, by the way, on the second visit, a 10% discount.
