Excellent hotel, three meals a day, the choice is not huge, but everything is VERY tasty, the dishes were not repeated during the week. Special thanks to the wonderful administrators and the young man from the children's room.

Super! Third time here and as usual everything is perfect! If there are any problems (and how without them) everything is solved instantly. I will definitely come here again, by the way, on the second visit, a 10% discount.

Very good hotel. During the stay, I liked the fact that it was very close to the beach, there was free wi-fi and a free hearty breakfast. The rooms were cleaned every day. The beach is good, clean, the sea is also beautiful, sometimes we swam in the pool. The hotel staff is polite, always greeted, helped with questions. The price per room is average. Our whole family enjoyed the holiday.

Stayed at this hotel with the whole family. The room was booked in advance by phone. On the day of check-in, we were registered quickly, while taking into account all the wishes. Our room was spacious, clean, bright and well maintained. With sea views. The room had a TV and Wi-Fi, access to which was given to us at the reception. Immediately upon registration, we paid for breakfast, which they offer to their guests in the form of a buffet. The food was all delicious and freshly cooked. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the sea. Therefore, every free minute we spent on the beach. The hotel also has a warm pool and a playroom, where we took the children from time to time. In general, our holiday was excellent, and this hotel played an important role in this.

He left in our hearts the warmest memories, the pleasure of the service, the cozy atmosphere, good cuisine and a favorable location (not the center, there is no embankment for an evening promenade) Everything is harmonious, justifies its 4. Booked a room for August in April. There were big doubts! But as soon as we entered the hotel, doubts were dispelled by the wonderful girls at the reception. The room is great (standard)! It was lucky that the windows did not overlook the hotel pool, in the evenings, sitting on the balcony, we admired the mountains. The hotel does not have a walking area, but there is a cozy pool and playground area. For us, the biggest + is the proximity of the sea. Before breakfast, you can cross the road to take sea baths. Ahh, the hotel has a SPA! And a nice bonus: a choice of one visit to the procedure. There are no complaints about the work of the hotel. But!!! Every day, from 3 to 5 in the morning, lights are turned on throughout the city. Without split, even with an open balcony, it was hot to sleep. The hotel does not have a beach, but the hotel's Wi-Fi also catches on the beach. The beach is medium pebble, I advise you to buy rubber slippers, as it is not convenient to get in and out of the rocks. The beach is relatively clean. And moreeeee. You need to come to feel all the beauty, purity, tenderness inherent in the Black Sea in Gagra !! Respectfully, to the impeccable work of those who create comfort for us.

Territory, rooms, food, pool - five points. I was pleasantly surprised, for the first time in Abkhazia, they did not regret the rest. We only needed a rest at the hotel, we did not attend excursions.

Modern hotel in a great location. Of the minuses is that the intimacy and noise of the railway, but this is a problem throughout the coastal strip in Gagra.
