Excellent hotel. Very responsive staff. There is a drawback in the form of not warm enough pool, you freeze in 15 minutes, it feels like no more than 22 C. Otherwise, everything is great

One of the best hotels in Abkhazia. We visited this hotel three times with my wife and three children. We celebrated the New Year twice and were there once in the summer. We were very happy with everything.

We had a rest in June 2021. We liked everything. The children still remember and want to return to this hotel. Wonderful pool, private beach. They cleaned and changed the towels in the room every day. Delicious breakfasts "buffet". But the most important thing is the magnificent nature. The hotel and the surrounding area are very beautiful.

We had a rest at the end of August. We really liked the historical heritage of this place: Abaata Fortress, the pride and decoration of the resort town of Gagra, attracts attention, first of all, with its architecture, which is not typical for Abkhazia. The solution to the mystery lies in the rich past of the building: initially it served as a bastion, blocking the path of enemy troops trying to cross...

Gorgeous location, historical, fantastic in its nature, beauty, 10 meter pool, 30 meter sea, private beach, beach bar, teahouse, restaurant, the owners are amazing people who listen to almost every client, work constantly to improve the service, comfort and stay of their dear guests, very sincere, I have been here more than once and will come again and bring my family. Wonderful place 👌👌👌🥰 I sent my mom here to relax! I was very nervous ... they fully understood my feelings, accepted, met her as if they were my own! All week she was surrounded by care and love of the hotel administration, staff! She liked everything very much! The atmosphere is cozy, everything in the hotel itself is chic, beautiful, clean! Beautiful view of the bay, private beach, secluded quiet place. This is where the benefits end - the service is close to zero. Air conditioning in the most expensive room runs empty, the toilet is leaking inside and out, the toilet paper is spreading from dampness, I had to buy my own. Breakfast is included in the price, but so funny that you will only like it if you are ready for the level of a factory...

Great place in the park by the sea. Excellent quiet and few guests - this is a mini-hotel. Therefore, the sea is free. Clean free beach. Perfectly. If you want noisy companies, there are restaurants nearby. A lot of people in sanatoriums and boarding houses. We are pleased to have a rest together, in solitude. And this is the perfect place. This is Midel Gagra. 5 stars upfront. For that kind of money, all is well. The building is across the road. Numbers yes, tired. But in general, everything is clean. Windows on the road. Noisy if you sleep with the opening window. Good location. Normal beach, close to old Gagra. Shops, cafes are all there. Tour agent across the road. There is also a stop to the market or to the new Gagra. On your own...

Isn’t this a Medel Gagra hotel? We were in June the second half. Nice place. Everything is simple, furnishings, food. Location is good. As the locals themselves say on the border of the (conditionally) old and new Gagra. Own restaurant, cafe, dining room.

Pretty quiet place, one might say, on the outskirts. Nearby there is a square and shops, as well as a chic park. The boarding house itself is not bad, the food is always delicious, the rooms are clean, cleaned daily. The only drawback is the not-so-good souls, an oppar-like booth with falling plaster. But let's hope they fix it😊

Former sanatorium of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR. the rooms are simple as in the union, but with bathrooms. There is a modern repair-more expensive. 3 meals a day is fine. In terms of price, quality, one of the best options in Gagra!!!!

Not bad for one star. Meals are like in a Soviet canteen. Rooms of different categories, in order to live in normal conditions, you must choose the most expensive one. Very nice on the territory, the view from all rooms to the mountains and the sea.

We rest in four from June 16 to June 23. We arrived late. Delicious barbecue can be tempted right next to the hotel. Number 2-room. The toilet is shared. Bathroom, not shower. Soap, toilet paper. There is no hair dryer. 3 towels for each. Every other day cleaning, taking out the garbage. The towels weren't changed. The hotel was founded in 1970. That says it all. Design "RETRO" with elements of diligence...
