Wonderful place 👌👌👌🥰 I sent my mom here to relax! I was very nervous ... they fully understood my feelings, accepted, met her as if they were my own! All week she was surrounded by care and love of the hotel administration, staff! She liked everything very much! The atmosphere is cozy, everything in the hotel itself is chic, beautiful, clean! In general, now if Abkhazia is only Aquavisi!!! ❤️🤗

Wonderful hotel with a wonderful smell of wood. Very atmospheric place, pleasant atmosphere, gorgeous views of the bay, stunning sunsets. Very responsive and friendly staff. Thank you for such a wonderful addition to the rest))

The hotel is new, the rooms are quite comfortable, there is a kettle and tea, excellent wi-fi and friendly staff. The location is also great, the sea is across the road. For those who want silence, it is better to take rooms without a sea view, otherwise the road will be heard.

Very cozy, cool hotel, excellent rooms, equipped with latest generation technology, which was a very pleasant surprise !!! Artopedic very comfortable large mattress, sleep at home !!! Convenient lighting, many outlets, a kettle and mugs !!! The downside is the lack of a refrigerator and a safe!

Acceptable hotel, very kind staff! The rooms are different. I do not recommend the cheapest - access to some of them through the clinic ... Better to take a larger number. Everything is very audible from the street and from the corridors all sounds. We had 2 rooms at the same price, but 1 of them was smaller in size with imperfections - the water outlet was right in the room 🤦🏻‍♀️ and the electric...

Very clean. Comfortable and convenient. Possibly one of the best accommodations in Staraya Gagra. Great staff. Disadvantages: little crockery and cutlery in the room.

Great place to relax! I recommend!

Beautiful view of the bay, private beach, secluded quiet place. This is where the benefits end - the service is close to zero. Air conditioning in the most expensive room runs empty, the toilet is leaking inside and out, the toilet paper is spreading from dampness, I had to buy my own. Breakfast is included in the price, but so funny that you will only like it if you are ready for the level of a factory...

Great place in the park by the sea. Excellent quiet and few guests - this is a mini-hotel. Therefore, the sea is free. Clean free beach. Perfectly. If you want noisy companies, there are restaurants nearby. A lot of people in sanatoriums and boarding houses. We are pleased to have a rest together, in solitude. And this is the perfect place. Thanks to the owners.

Former sanatorium of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR. the rooms are simple as in the union, but with bathrooms. There is a modern repair-more expensive. 3 meals a day is fine. In terms of price, quality, one of the best options in Gagra!!!!

Not bad for one star. Meals are like in a Soviet canteen. Rooms of different categories, in order to live in normal conditions, you must choose the most expensive one. Very nice on the territory, the view from all rooms to the mountains and the sea.

We rest in four from June 16 to June 23. We arrived late. Delicious barbecue can be tempted right next to the hotel. Number 2-room. The toilet is shared. Bathroom, not shower. Soap, toilet paper. There is no hair dryer. 3 towels for each. Every other day cleaning, taking out the garbage. The towels weren't changed. The hotel was founded in 1970. That says it all. Design "RETRO" with elements of diligence...
