We rested in May 2022, from the moment the season opened and after the change of manager. We were one of the first to stop by. Everything is just great! And the hotel and service and food! The beach is two minutes away

But the main sea is nearby, sun loungers, and you can go to the pool. The staff is friendly and polite. And the music did not scream at night. So I will definitely come back here and recommend for a relaxing holiday

Paradise location! Near the sea (5 meters). Clean, well-groomed. Lots of green tropical plants. Flowers, fruits, the smell of the sea - everything has a very good effect on the nervous system.

We rested with my family in this hotel from June 21-30, I liked everything very much, now there is a new manager, the hotel is being put in order, a chic promenade, the food in the dining room has become much better, the hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are cleaned every day with bleach and cleaning products, in general, all the good fellows, from cleaners to managers, the attitude towards vacationers...

I would like to say special thanks to the girls Milana (who met us) and in the kitchen Lisa and Hati! Everyone is very polite and friendly! After reading last year's reviews, we went at our own peril and risk, but we didn’t regret a single gram that we stopped here! Now if you have a rest in Abkhazia, then only here!!! The location is the very center, next to a cafe, a park and the sea across the road. The bathroom has heated floors, all the accessories were there, as well as a hairdryer, tea, coffee and water

The hotel is probably the best you can find in New Athos, the rooms are fresh and comfortable, the view from the balcony to the lake with swans is worth it

The staff is responsive, they helped with all the questions, I am very happy, I recommend 👍🏾

Directly on the beach near the hotel there is a storm drain along with everything that follows

I can’t say anything about the hotel, but the cafe opposite (apparently also refers to it) is excellent. They cook great, the trout is amazing. We tried all the pans, none of them disappointed. Eat a lot, eat delicious!

The hotel has a cafe, the staff is very friendly, the cuisine is excellent. True, the price for a room of 5000r / day is not entirely comfortable. But maybe such that they took the room only for the night

I will say that when we were there the pool was cleaned more than once (and we came for 4 days) the water was crystal clear, it was nice to swim! Of the minuses, right next to the pool and the barbecue area, there was a sewage leak, there was a stench

The train passes right outside the hotel fence, fortunately it doesn’t happen often and doesn’t bother you much. We hardly swam in the sea that year; it was dirty. We went to other beaches in Sukhumi
