We rested in May 2022, from the moment the season opened and after the change of manager. We were one of the first to stop by. Everything is just great! And the hotel and service and food! The beach is two minutes away

Paradise location! Near the sea (5 meters). Clean, well-groomed. Lots of green tropical plants. Flowers, fruits, the smell of the sea - everything has a very good effect on the nervous system.
We rested with my family in this hotel from June 21-30, I liked everything very much, now there is a new manager, the hotel is being put in order, a chic promenade, the food in the dining room has become much better, the hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are cleaned every day with bleach and cleaning products, in general, all the good fellows, from cleaners to managers, the attitude towards vacationers...
I would like to say special thanks to the girls Milana (who met us) and in the kitchen Lisa and Hati! Everyone is very polite and friendly! After reading last year's reviews, we went at our own peril and risk, but we didn’t regret a single gram that we stopped here! Now if you have a rest in Abkhazia, then only here!!! The hotel itself is excellent, interesting rooms in the form of separate houses, a swimming pool with a gorgeous sea view. But all these advantages were overshadowed by the restaurant located in this hotel
You can't lie down at Basik's if the wind is blowing in your direction))) well, the same goes for the sea, don't go to the right, it stinks there. There were only three umbrellas on the beach
But in general, of course, the owners are great! Beautiful hotel, cool pool! The sea is nearby! You just need to not stop there! Make a cool reception, offer champagne to brighten up the wait)

Great place to stay, beautiful sea and mountain views, everything is at a good level. The staff is helpful and friendly. You can safely recommend this hotel to your friends.
I will say that when we were there the pool was cleaned more than once (and we came for 4 days) the water was crystal clear, it was nice to swim! Of the minuses, right next to the pool and the barbecue area, there was a sewage leak, there was a stench
