Real Scampis in Elbasan

We came here just for the restaurant as it was recommended yo us by our hotel. We had some local traditional food. The food was outstanding, the staff were really friendly and the atmosphere was a typical local. The prices were reasonable.

Vodafone Night at Real Scampis, a fantastic evening planned for everyone. The event included live music performed by Burn Band, known for its energetic performances. This was a wonderful opportunity to enjoy excellent food, good company and wonderful music. The atmosphere was lively, creating an unforgettable experience for all participants. The guests had an unforgettable evening full of fun and emotions. What a miracle!

I think it’s ridiculous this place only gets 4.5 stars average rating. It’s a one of a kind gorgeous establishment, with perfectly manicured gardens, Roman ruins, vines overspreading the old castle wall, an impeccably maintained interior done up in traditional Albanian style, and very good food at the restaurant. We’d been stopping over the years for lunch when traveling across Albania and recently stayed at the hotel. It was of the same quality as the rest (only complaint is the AC unit in our room was rather underpowered). There’s no other place like this. Go. Try it. Service is excellent if a bit slow.

Beautiful restaurant in amazing surroundings. Restaurant is just inside castle walls. The whole area around has nice gardens, and the ambiance is just incredible.

Of course with a restaurant the food is key, and we had the pizza, which was not only big (we could only eat half each) it was top notch. I am sure all the food will be as good. If time allows we will definitely put this to the test.

Had a wonderful time at the café. It’s a beautiful location situated inside of the castle walls that has lots of gardens and walkways all around to enjoy. The service was also impeccable. Even though we were foreigners, the staff were very friendly to us and catered to our language barrier. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

The restaurant is located within a castle and is surrounded by beautiful gardens and old monuments. The food is great, everything we ordered was delicious and looked good. The service was slow in the beginning but they made up for it after that and brought everything on time. The prices are moderate and fair. I recommend going there eating and taking photos.

Comfortable room in an amazing castle garden. Bathroom little bit outdated, but not disturbing. Recommend having a drink or something to eat here as well!
