Hotel Adria in Shengjin

We were given a room different from the one that we was told from photos, very arrogant man in the reception, the lady was so so nice in the morning shift. We were told a precise price for 4 days, but then when we go there the receptionist DOUBLED our price because he assigned our room to another person. When we asked to talk to the menager, he lied to us giving us a fake number of a lady, but in fact we knew that the menager was a completely different person... Very arrogant man in the reception, he stole from us double the money only for not accepting his faults and lack of clear communication, the only goog thing was the lady in the reception in the morning shift

Me and my girlfriend have been stopped here only to benefit the restaurant for dinner.
We didn't have enough cash, so before order we have asked to the staff if the payment was possible with card, and the staff say to us: "Yes, of course, no problem".
We have eaten very well, the food was delicious and the staff was so kind and friendly with us, and gift us also a plate of fruits for free.
At the moment when we had to pay, strangely the POS didn't have the receipt roll and the guy told to us many times that we could come back the next day with cash for pay, but obviously we had to leave a document for insurance that we shall come back.
We have left an identity card and we go to the nearly ATM to take some cash, we have returned to restaurant and we have paid (no documents were returned to us).
Fortunately we have noticed this after some minutes, so we come back and the guy with a smile sorry to us and returned to us our identity card.

Given what happened, we thought that it was a clear attempt at identity theft against a couple of tourists.
If we had had more time we would have gone to report the incident to the local police.
