Sebastiano Resort in Lezha

We were there for a wedding so we didn’t chose this hotel. We didn’t know the country so it was convenient to stay at the wedding venue. We ended up in room 101 and we were really disappointed for a 3 stars resort. Room smelled like dust and was not very clean. They lack the basic of any hotel rooms (no tissue box, iron, full length mirror, proper lighting). The bathroom was not finished with cables coming out of the wall, you can’t use the overhead shower because the button to change settings is missing, and it’s not sealed properly so you flood the bathroom when you take a shower. You can’t put your toiletry bag anywhere except the toilet because there is no surface. Oh and the toilet is super smelly!! Every time we got back to the room it smelled like sewage! AC barely works. I agree with all the other reviews regarding room 101. We didn’t check any other room so we dont’ know if they’re better but definitely ask to change if you get that one. It’s really a shame because the property has a lot of potential!

I had a bad experience at this hotel. There was a power outage for about 30 min when I arrived at the hotel and shower was not working. The card locker of the door was broken which made me late for my event.
Next morning, I was 10 minutes late for breakfast even the check out was at 11am and the waiter said that we cannot provide you breakfast. Room was clean and comfort for a Deluxe.
I was very disappointed with the service.

Booked a room for one night while we were travelling from France to greece by bike, and it was not what I was expected. The room (the 101) was dirty, with a lot of spider everywhere, in the bed, in the bathroom, everywhere. We didn't had a good time. The breakfast was ok, but not a lot of things to eat. Still hungry after mine.

We do not recommend this place at all.
We booked it for 2 nights, to rest and work remotely, so it was paid in advance. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. We got an awful room no 101. We have checked later the reviews, and it was already depicted as horrible one. The whole resort in the pictures looks nice, but it was far away from nice, so the whole stay was a huge disappointment.
Breakfast was described as big and tasty, but in fact was very poor, without any choices, without coffee or tea.
The room itself was old and dirty. It had a smelly toilet with noisy sewerage, and it was lacking toilet paper. Behind the back wall there was a laundry area, from where you could hear the washing machines working all day long. But the worst came at night. The room had a suspended ceiling, and we were woken up by noises coming from above. The sounds were made by the rats moving, running, and squealing! We haven't got any sleep these two nights! We have reported it to the reception, and although the stuff was very nice, we were offered to change the room for the additional 10€! We were told that this was the proposition from the manager/owner who haven't even contacted us personally, but sent out the stuff to give the information.
To sum up: horrible food, awful conditions, total disappointment. The only pro is the stuff that was kind and tried to be helpful.
Definitely not worth visiting.
