Hotel Restaurant Univers in Shkoder

I stayed with my wife and daughter for four nights in this hotel. We came here for a vacation. It is a relatively small hotel fully run by family members. we came from Germany but we all three could communicate in English. The owners of the hotel, their son and their daughter in law are very friendly and ready to help at any time. The daughter in law speaks very fluent English and is the one managing customer relations . She is very competent and is very well informed about the region. She gave us many tips which were useful for our vacation . Breakfast is very satisfactory. For the dinner we walked just few minutes from hotel and found many restaurants which serve different dishes for everyone ( vegetarian and vegan included). The room is very clean and we had everything we needed. It is equipped with Airconditioning , refrigerator and television. The hotel is located very well and we had parking place at Underground of the hotel. I would be happy to come again here and suggest everyone planing to come to this place to choose this hotel. This hotel is probably the best in the area, for several reasons. Comfort, cleanliness, and my god the superb view. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room I had boasted a gorgeous view of the river. Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, I highly recommend it. Staff was amazing.
