Very stingy place, will not provide soap for room or towels for the beach. I will not return here. No room service. The staff was very kind however the room lacked basic amneties such as a fridge, phone, and closet space so my stuff was on the ground. Breakfast was very poor, we had to pay for coffee and if we wanted a second glass of juice we had to pay extra. The most disturbing though was that they would not clean the room every night or provide clean towels and their excuse was I had to ask the cleaners. I did not have time to chase the housing staff around, they were nowhere to be seen! One night I came back late and I asked the owner if she can replace my towels she said next time I have to request cleaning service. That to me seemed ridiculous as there was no phone to call housing services and I was unable to chase down the cleaning staff every day. I confronted her and she responded by saying google the number on your phone to call the hotel. Again, very inconvenient for someone that is not local to Albania since my phone charges extra for international calls. For the price I paid it truly was a bad experience for me and my family. I would not recommend, plenty of other better places to stay.

Sorry about you, it wasn't worth it, but we offered you the option of staying only one night, as you told us that you were evicted from another hotel where you were accommodated earlier, so as not to stay with a child, while you decided to stay for three nights instead of one night and seemed very enthusiastic. We sincerely regret that due to the influx we could not make time for you, as you also had a great desire to show us the story of the eviction from the other hotel, but you also noticed that we were very busy with other work. We hope that next time you will spend as calmly as possible and with less expense!

Amazing, sweet staff with great hospitality, always very kind and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and quiet, the beach is lovely, and amazing food at the restaurant. Both the room and the rest of the hotel was very nice and clean. We had the best stay.

We had a lovely stay at the Swiss Rivage Hotel. We got a free upgrade and it was the best. The view was the best part of the hotel. There is an unobstructed view of the sea and the mountains from the room! There is free parking space. The rooms are clean and the airco was working. We had such a delicious meal at the hotel (also with a great view). The staff is going above and beyond to give you the best experience. We would definitely go back to this hotel.

The guys are trying, very hard. But it's expensive, very expensive. The rooms are very ordinary. The breakfast includes only one coffee. The bed is comfortable. There is no refrigerator in the room. Excellent view of the sea.

I stayed at Swiss hotel for 4 nights with my family on vacation and each night was excellent. The hotel is brand new, and it shows. The inside of the hotel rooms are very clean , and were kept clean throughout my stay. The best thing about the hotel , other than the beautiful location , was definitely the friendliness and hard work from the staff. The staff was always there to help us , whether we needed food , drink, or anything else. I really enjoyed my stay here , 5 stars !

My stay at Swiss hotel was amazing ! The view of the beach, ocean and mountains from the balcony of my hotel room was stunning ! One of the best views you can get in Albania. In front of the hotel, there is a private beach for the guests that is perfect. The staff and management , especially Ilias and Albana, work relentlessly and stay up all night to accommodate to any and every need their guests have. They had the best customer service of any hotel I have ever stayed at. The food was delicious, and they have a great selection of food and wine to choose from. The hotel is kept extremely clean and is very modern. I highly recommend Swiss hotel to anyone that stays in the Vlore area, you will not regret it!!!

Very nice and modern hotel. It's so new that our room didn't have all the furniture. We missed some storage surfaces (closet, desk, chair). But everything else was great. Room was very clean. The beach is just across the street. They don't have towels for the beach but the lady at the reception was so kind to lend us her own. The food was amazing. The staff is kind with smile on their faces.
