Hotel Alba-Gert in Orik

We had a great time at the beach and the food at the restaurant was very delicious. The staff were kind and welcoming, but the service wasn't the best. The owner was rude and bossy to the girls, making them look nervous and uncomfortable. Instead of managing things calmly, he was basically acting like a waiter himself and was taking orders, which it isn't his job in the first place. This created an awkward atmosphere. I'd suggest the owner to work on his attitude and his behavior before he decides to take orders and do the waiters job.

I had the worst milkshake ever here. Service was terrible and gave me the impression that we were doing them a terrible inconvieniance by trying to order something. Beds and location were good.

We didn’t stay there, so the review is about the service.
First, my brother wanted to pay by cards and were sitting outside having lunch, they said to go inside and pay, he went in to discover he couldn’t go in because he’s in swimming suit.
And they rudely told him if he couldn’t see the sign they have put up.
After a few days we went for a coffee and the waiter served the coffee and quickly after a few minutes asked us to pay as they’re busy at the counter while actually the place was pretty empty.
