Hotel Gold, where do I begin, very friendly and caring staff, they are willing to cater to your every need. The service is great, the rooms are kept spotless. The restaurant serves very good food at a very affordable price. The restaurant staff are so helpful they were willing to make my son breakfast outside the breakfast hrs as he kept waking up late. I would really recommend this hotel and its location by Crystal resort and Gjurma, ( please i recommend you read these reviews separately) Im hoping to return during the next season. I hope this review helps.

We very much enjoyed or stay here. We loved the location (close but not too close to the busy boulevard), the sea view, our beautiful bedroom with all the amenities, impeccable bedding and cleanliness, the quiet. Breakfast was excellent and the staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. We parked straight outside the door and there were great restaurants nearby. A really perfect place to stay to discover this stunning and fascinating country.

The hotel is well made and also maintained. In general it has been a wonderful stay. Good service and we were able to check-in early. Parking can be a bit taught as a main road is just outside. We had some luck and were able to secure a spot right outside the hotel. This made our stay easier to we were not required to worry about the car, as it was a rental. When it comes to the rooms, they have been cleaned everyday and i have nothing to complain about. The small thing that everyone should know is that the beds are very stiff. So if you like a soft bed, this is not the hotel for you. The AC requires you to close the windows. This is not made totally clear and can be a hassle to figure out. Additionally, the AC is not turned on during your absence and this makes the room like a souna when you get back. The breakfast is OK, not the best and by far not the worst. So it’s job and make your stay a bit more comfortable.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The entire place was spotless — clean and well-maintained everywhere you go.

While it doesn’t have direct beach access, its prime location across the road from a high-quality restaurant and pool complex, with steps leading straight to the water, made it a great spot for a quick coastal dip and relaxation.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for our family to unwind after a day on the road. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their warmth and attentiveness added a special touch to our stay.

From local Albanian specialties to classic continental choices, it was one of the best breakfasts we’ve had on our travels through Albania. While we didn’t dine at the hotel’s restaurant for other meals, we did spend time at the fantastic on-site bar. It was well-stocked, reasonably priced, and had a lively yet family-friendly vibe that made our evenings enjoyable.
The nearby restaurant and pool complex across the road was a bonus, offering easy access to dining and a refreshing pool area that the kids loved. The steps to the water provided a scenic and convenient way to enjoy the sea, even if it wasn’t a traditional sandy beach. For families like ours looking for a practical yet comfortable stopover in Vlorë, Hotel Gold is a standout choice. We’ll definitely consider returning on our next trip through Albania

One of several new hotels at the south end of the main promenade, all of which look beautiful, especially at night. But Hotel Gold really stands out. The exterior has the most beautiful ‘Dubai’ style gold brickwork but the magic happens when you enter your room. Modern, spacious, stunning balcony views and best of all, the service and friendliness of Fred the owner and his staff. I’d live there if I could.

We're staying here until Sunday and we cant say enough good things about this hotel. The location is simply perfect,with everything you need within walking distance. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff specialy Denise Everyone here goed out of their way to make you feel at home... The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable exactly wat you would expect from a to class hotel. Wat truly made our stay special was the personal attention from the chef and his greeks wife. He prepared a special dish for my daughter outside of the regular menu using the fresh ingridients,. This level of personalized service and attention to detail rreally sets this hotel apart. In short if you are looking for a place where you feel welcomed,with outstanding staff and where you can enjoy a clean and comfortable stay in a great location this hotel is the perfect choise
