I did not have the best experience staying at Ona Dorada, because of the poor accessibility of the building, and the cleanliness of the apartment. Part of this is on me, for not reading enough other reviews, and not confirming the reception opening times & check-in information carefully.
My friend and I were arriving late (after a long roadtrip), and we completed the online check-in in advance. When we arrived at around 10:30pm, this was already outside of reception hours (which end at 19:00). We were able to find the keys that were left for our unit, and find the apartment itself, BUT we did not get the option to reserve or access parking.
In order to find the keys and access the unit, we had to climb a very steep hill and about 3 flights of stairs. Then, because we had no access to parking, we had to do this twice more with our luggage, and once again after leaving the car in the public parking lot...
IMPORTANT NOTE: even if we had access to the apartment's parking lot, we would still have had to carry our luggage up at least one flight of stairs. the elevator does not reach all the way to the apartment buildings. This apartment may not be a good option for anyone with mobility issues / someone arriving with a lot of luggage.
When I tried to use the emergency contact number to ask about access to parking, I got a bit of a harsh response to my question (because of the hour – 11pm). I have never experienced hotel/airbnb reception closing this early, so I did not expect it to be an issue. We were told that we cannot access the hotel parking outside of reception hours, which are extremely limited. I would add that this is not a good option for anyone planning to arrive after 7pm.
On top of the trouble with parking and accessing the apartment, we found that the unit was not very clean. It seemed like the bedsheets were not cleaned/changed before our stay. Otherwise, the apartment was nice enough and had a well-equipped kitchen.

Avoid at any cost if the stairs are a problem for you.

Apartments are different...the D23 have very old and dirty furniture.
Can't tell it was clean .
The bedroom mattress is rock hard, the pillows must be replaced asap, they left all of us with neck pain.
Who installed the towel dryer is a total idiot.
The staff is responsive and smiley .

Friendly and warm....well equiped apartments....washing machine and dish washer....great for a longer stay but car a necessity as up a very steep hill....

All in all okay BUT the room smells a lot like cigarette smoke. Very very disturbing for absolutely non smoker.. Staff can't help it, since it's official "non-smoking"

Great place, great view, and excellent value for money. El Tarter, part of the Grandvalira ski area, is just around the corner, with several shops nearby to rent ski and snowboard equipment—which was exactly why we came to Andorra. The staff were incredibly accommodating: they responded quickly to our WhatsApp inquiries, made it easy to extend our stay, and even helped us make international calls when my friend lost their phone.
In the rented 2BR apartments, it had fully equipped kitchen and all necessary tools that you need for a comfy stay.
That said, a fair heads-up—just as other reviews have mentioned—getting to the property can be a bit of a challenge, especially if you’re using public transport. We had to drag our luggage up a steep hill and stairs, so plan accordingly if you’re not arriving by car.

The hotel was not identified. We got lost looking for the name of the hotel. Internally there was lack of directions for to reception and parking: we got completely lost inside the property. Working hours of the reception totally inadequate: they are doing favor in receiving us? Terrible service from the receptionist.

Great stay. On Sunday we had to wait till 4 pm for the keys. Not much info on arrival however everything was efficient. We were in Andora first time and this was a great space . Parking as not great however there is a parking down the road half price if you have skiing pass ( recommend) the price reflects the space rented . Nice and warm and all facilities. On the down note is up the hill and u need the car to move around. Also a bit far from the restaurants .

Good accommodation but very hard accessible
Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it.
