This is not a luxury hotel.....you are not paying for a luxury hotel! you are paying for a typical ski hotel. Absolutely love this place. Have stayed there on two school trips. Both skiing with lots of children. The rooms are comfortable, the food is excellent and plentiful, it is a short walk from the Funicamp cable car making it very accessible and the staff are very helpful- Xavier especially. Always impressed and will continue to stay there for as long as we continue to ski in Andorra.

It is in good place, some bus stops from lift. And there was free skibus. But everything was tiny- rooms, ski room, garage. Some days was much people, you must wait your dinner table. Dinner at 9pm is too late. A lot of loudy visitors. Every minute blabla in loud voice. Walls between rooms without any noise insulation.

We liked the hotel's location, especially the nice infant parks around it. No great places to eat though. The breakfast was very good! The exact opposite though was the dinner possibilities. The swimming pool / sauna / hammam were very good but I can imagine during high season they can get very crowded for their size.

I stayed here for lunch with friends. The service of the team was wonderful, food top quality and amazing value. Unfortunately for me, the hotel was fully booked, otherwise I believe it would have been a wonderful stay.

Stephen the owner is great, true professional. There was a slight problem when we arrived but this is where you see how good a business is in how they react. Stephen explained everything clearly and I had a great stay here.

The owner, Stephane and his wife, were very helpful. We needed very good internet, thus he gave us a choice of rooms where the signals are stronger..! Over all the stay was good and the view of the mountain from the room and balcony was great..! Definitely recommended.

It was a excellent place to stay in, quality price is fantastic, and to be honest the service offered to the costumer is super nice and makes you feel like you where home. I wasn’t feeling well they gave me a cup of hot water with lemon and honey, they where so kind in all moment and the food is really good. 100% recommended.

We had such a lovely stay at Hotel Encamp. Easy transport and access to ski slopes and capital. The room was small but clean and we had a ski locker - honestly didn't spend much time in the room on a ski holiday! Wondreful place to dissolve in nature. Nice interior of the rooms. Super-clean rooms and comfy beds. The only thing: avoid the restaurant, the stevice there is terrible, breakfast are poor and dinners are just oversalted food cooked badly. We just came for the spa but it was incredible, felt like James Bond in his lair! Massages were very good. We had 25’ massages and entry to the spa, which came to €160 for reference.
