Everything was fantastic! The staff was very attentive and kind. The rooms were lovely, the food in both a la card restaurants was delicious and the spa was superb. Just returned from a fabulous ski holiday at Hotel Galanthus. All the staff were so friendly - from reception, restaurant to the guy who drives the shuttle bus to the gondola every day. The bed was super comfy and a great choice of food from the buffet. The spa was lovely after a long day on the ski slopes.

Exceptional staff. Was slightly uninspired on arrival but by end of holiday thought this was an excellent hotel and would return- bedrooms average size but very comfortable and plenty hot water. Food good for price of hotel and staff truly exceptional and very keen to help in any way.

Lovely hotel that we've stayed at three times now. All the staff who work there are very helpful, friendly and always make our stay a pleasant one. The rooms we've had are comfortable, include a free safe for valuables, large screen TV if you've time to watch it, great power shower and the room cleaning services were faultless. The apartments are good for the price. The reception for these apartments is 100 metres away from the actual location and not well sign posted. The staff at reception were friendly, polite and very helpful. When it comes to the location, if you're here to ski it's a fair uphill walk to the shops and gondola. I'd recommend hiring a ski locker at the gondola for your gear.

We had the best stay at Els Llacs- the apartment was lovely, had a beautiful view of the river and it was a great addition to have the spa downstairs There is a supermarket immediately opposite which is great and Soldeu is only 5 minutes away with good coffee and food options

You could walk there from the parking garage but there was a free bus that ran from just outside the apartments to both the Peretol and Grau Roig resorts. Our apartment was spacious as it contained three bedrooms, but it did not have much of a balcony (room to stand only) and the master bedroom bathroom had a toilet with phantom flush. Good location! The apartment is very comfortable. The only thing it needs is mosquito nets on the windows because bugs get in at night. I traveled in the summer, and without the window open it was very hot since the apartment doesn't have air conditioning.
