Greta views, great rooms and great service. I thoroughly recommend staying here, it’s certainly the best hotel in the Andorran Pyrenees. The only caveat is it’s distance from Andorra La Vella (the city centre), but the staff will happily provide you with the private shuttle service. Being a regular visitor to Soldeu, Piolets is like home from home, the staff are so friendly in the restaurant and bar. Ordering bar snacks and pizza is brilliant, great social environment when you come off the slopes. Perfect place for Apres ski. Ceasar, and all the bar staff are so friendly and polite and have big smiles on their faces.

I've been skiing in Soldeu for many years and Piolets bar is the first stop after coming off the mountain. The attraction is a large comfortable lounge with a sunny terrace overlooking the slopes. This is topped by the friendly service from the bar staff.... look out for Cesar, Anthony, Victoria and Franklin

The team is amazing for all areas of the resort the pool area is indoors and has everything you can imagine cold plunge, steam room, hot tub, all the massage services are amazing we are in early July and the hotel isn't full so the attention you get is unbelievable. Just returned from a fabulous ski holiday at Hotel Galanthus. All the staff were so friendly - from reception, restaurant to the guy who drives the shuttle bus to the gondola every day. Exceptional staff. Was slightly uninspired on arrival but by end of holiday thought this was an excellent hotel and would return- bedrooms average size but very comfortable and plenty hot water. Food good for price of hotel and staff truly exceptional and very keen to help in any way.

A great, friendly, professionally run hotel, near to the facilities in Soldeu and the slopes. Couldn’t recommend the hotel and its staff highly enough. It’s rare that hotel staff recognise or even value return customers nowadays. This is one hotel that certainly does.

Possibly one of my best stays in Andorra so far. The staff have been stars - reception, shuttle bus driver, bartender - and made you feel welcomed and tried their best to help you, sometimes even go the extra mile without you asking. But this is all very dependent on how to treat them though so always be courteous, greet them in the morning and thank them every time.

Our stay at Xalet Montana was absolutely wonderful. The food deserves a special mention truly outstanding. It was clear that a lot of care and passion goes into the kitchen, and dining there was one of the highlights of our stay. good place for skiing, although it is a bit of walk to the lift and El Tarter or Soldeu, there is bp fuel station 3 mins to buy your basics and a few restaurants and 1 takeaway nearby. Don't know why people complain about location. You get what you paid for. If you are here for skiing only, it is a decent spot.

Overall it's ok. Comfortable and the staff is quite nice. The meals served could have a little bit more variety but I'd say the only really negative feature is the internet. If like me you want to get some work done and need a stable connection.. Well.. Forget about it. Just go enjoy the snow and hope you still have your job when back home :)

We had an absolutely fantastic week at Hotel Peretol with a group of 25 of us. Laura and the staff were wonderfully flexible, accommodating and helpful, even going out of their way to give us lifts around town when public transport wasn't available. Good location! The apartment is very comfortable. The only thing it needs is mosquito nets on the windows because bugs get in at night. I traveled in the summer, and without the window open it was very hot since the apartment doesn't have air conditioning.
