Hotels in Soldeu

Recently stayed with my 2 sons. Location is great, rooms good and staff fantastic, particularly Jeff on front desk . Restaurant food was good with a selection at the buffet to suit everyone. Overall a great experience and it helped that the snow was simply amazing

Ski holiday. Really loved this hotel on half board. Every! member of staff really friendly and helpful, rooms excellent and food also excellent. Shuttle to slopes very good. Would highly recommend

Good hotel for a ski holiday in Andorra. We had a week here - during that time the weather was really cold and there was a huge snowfall. Everything inside the hotel was kept very warm and cosy. It was a relatively quiet week (not a school-holiday time) and so there weren't too many people staying here. The room was ok - not too special but comfortable enough. Given that its a ski hotel (the clue...

We had a really lovely stay at the Euroski Hotel for the second year. The new renovations are very beautiful and comfortable. Love the beds. The hotel is very welcoming and cosy at all times. The bar is a lovely spot to relax with good staff and food. Our barman Emme took excellent care of our family during our stay. The lockers for ski gear and the shuttle bus is a huge benefit and the very pleasant...

Excellent first family ski holiday. Clean rooms and communal areas, comfy beds, free ski lockers, excellent, efficient shuttle bus to El Tarter gondola. Lovely food. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only issue was they overbooked so we couldn’t have the junior suite that we paid for - compensated with free access to the spa throughout our stay which sounded good however. Spa grubby and very noisy...

The only real down side of this hotel is that it is not located closer to the cable car. But it is located 900 meters from El Tarter cable car and there is a very convenient shuttle to it from the hotel free of charge. What most impressed me about the hotel is the quality of the food. I have had dinner in 5 star hotels that was not as good. It is a buffet dinner, we. had it for a whole week and were...

Nice hotel, bad side that spa is for additional charge even though my coffee machine was broken and I called the reception and there was no response

great property and location. The staff was absolutely amazing!

Lovely staff always keen to help. The hotel team arranged everything to get us out onto the slopes first thing despite us arriving at the hotel late. We had ski hire lessons and lift passes arranged by the team on reception. With a ski hire shop on the lower ground floor and taxi shuttle to the gondola this made everything so easy and quick! Special thanks to Christian for his attention to detail...

Everything was fantastic! The staff was very attentive and kind. The rooms were lovely, the food in both a la card restaurants was delicious and the spa was superb. We enjoyed 2 very professional full body massages. The gym was also very good. Would love to come back some time in winter for some skiing.

Incredible Hotel & Service! We booked two suites and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is gorgeous, the restaurants are lovely, and the staff very kind. We will be returning. :)

Fabulous 5 star hotel; attentive staff, lovely spa & spacious rooms & great choice of restaurants. Would highly recommend

Magic place! The spa Is Amazing! We went for a dinner in the Glass Bar , we booked a big Table for 11 for 3 nights At first we had some problems with the service because the drinks were slow to arrive, but once we met Yas, the restaurant manager, everything changed. He personally took care of us every time we went to the GLASSBAR and offered us service worthy of a luxury 5-star hotel. He paid attention...

ok where do i even start with this hotel? we spent ages researching where to stay on a first road trip to Andorra, and we are so glad we decided to stay at Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa. I genuinely can not recommend this hotel enough as for me and my wife it was perfect. I loved the fact that by the 2nd day everyone knew my name, all the staff were super friendly, supportive, providing advice and...

Great location for skiing. Very impressive spa, literally multi floors. Asian friendly room service menu.

Beautiful hotel, very nice setting, the decoration is incredible. The welcome is ultra warm. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. Our room had a view of the river and the ski slopes. All the staff took great care of us. The breakfast was delicious, with a very nice view, a cold sweet/savory buffet and hot dishes on the menu. A real treat! The spa extends over 3 floors and even a small...

It’s a pity that we don’t go there in winter. It’s inconvenient to bring children there. The hot pool is not for children to play in.

Greta views, great rooms and great service. I thoroughly recommend staying here, it’s certainly the best hotel in the Andorran Pyrenees. The only caveat is it’s distance from Andorra La Vella (the city centre), but the staff will happily provide you with the private shuttle service. If you are travelling in the summer season it can be quite quiet, so worth trying in the ski season also as the atmosphere...

Amazing experience and location. The rooms were great and the kids loved the kidsclub. Excelent breakfast, food and service.

A wonderful hotel, the closest one to the ski slopes. The staff is very attentive, the atmosphere is peaceful, and it offers a wide range of amenities.

Amazing hotel, location, facilities and excellent staff. Enjoyed five nights in a lovely environment. Food 5 stars. Will be back.

Amazing stay, incredible location on the slopes, the Spa one of the best I have ever been and the kids club made my daugther not wanna leave

For skiing the location could not be better, very easy access to the telecabin, we skied back all the way at the end of every day. Only a few staps to the hire shop and centre of town and the boot room was the best I have ever experienced in over 30 years of skiing. The variety of food and breakfast and evening was perfect, although could have done with a better selection of breakfast cereals. The...

Our stay at the Village and Hermitage Hotel was truly exceptional. The setting is beautiful, offering a perfect balance between comfort and charm. The atmosphere feels warm and welcoming while maintaining a high standard of quality and service. The staff were consistently attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful, making everything seamless from arrival to departure. The rooms were spacious...

Sport Hotel exceeded our expectations! First impressions were basic and a little old fashioned however as our week progressed, we found that the staff were 5*, the hotel was extremely well kept and clean and that any food or drink that we had was really high quality. I was worried that as the lead in price hotel of the group that we would get a 2nd class experience but need not have worried. Breakfast...

Beautiful hotel, great service and tasty food a must try.

Another great holiday at the Sports Hotel. MaitreD Armando and waiting staff Juan, Paulo, Charleen and Miguel excellent. Kids club is amazing with so many resource and nonstop events and parties thanks Vicky, Jennifer, David and the team.

This was our second stay at Sport for a ski week holiday. The location is excellent for gondola, lockers provided being upgraded since our last stay, evening meals always an excellent selection and wine and water provided as part of Crystal package. We were not as impressed with hot food choices at breakfast being cold, especially beans and scrambled eggs, but omelettes made to order fresh! Water...

The staff in both the Sport and Sport village are great and friendly at all times, from reception staff to porters and chefs. The tunnel link from the Sport to Sport Village means you don’t have to venture outside when heading for evening meal which is in the Sport Village. The evening meal options in the sport Village are always fantastic with a wide selection available catering to all tastes. New...

Skiing was easy convenient and super

Decided to take a chance with Serras this season and could not have been happier. Location- very close to Soldeu lifts with a fantastic ski shuttle directly to the lift. Hospitality- Tomás is the man! Exceptionally helpful and friendly. If you need something done he’s your guy. Cuisine- Bruna is absolutely fantastic. Must try the secreto iberico and torrija for desert. Rooms- very clean and...

Didn’t have much of a Mountain View, but the room was spacious and perfect! They had champagne and snacks in my room. The staff was first class. Food in the restaurant was amazing!! Just perfect!!!

Wonderful staff and facilities. A great place to relax. The sauna and hot pool & pool are great temperatures and to cool down the ice plunge is very cold!

Amazing property and fantastic staff. Would be great to have air con in the rooms for t

Sara the spa Manageress is so lovely, knowledgable & helpful. My Husband & I spent a wonderful late morning relaxing in the fantastic spa facilities. Unlike many spas it had the added bonus of an infer red light room, which really helped my aching lower back. The jets on the spa pool were lovely & strong. We would highly recommend this lovely intimate spa & gym facilities to everyone. Thank you Sara...

5 stars all the way. A bucket list trip all the w From the moment you checkin the experience is 5stars. The team is amazing for all areas of the resort the pool area is indoors and has everything you can imagine cold plunge, steam room, hot tub, all the massage services are amazing we are in early July and the hotel isn't full so the attention you get is unbelievable. Definitely coming here again

We travelled as a party of eight, ranging from ages 14 to 57. The hotel was everything we had hoped for - clean and well appointed rooms, helpful staff, and a great location. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful, high quality food, fresh and varied. I wasn’t expecting much with the food in all honesty (I had chosen this hotel for the location close to the gondola) but the food was real highlight and...

American family of 4 traveling in March to ski. Kids ages 6 and 9. Hotel is located next to Soldue gondola. Ski rental shop in the hotel building is great! View of the mountain is perfect! Breakfast buffet was included in our room rate and was wonderful. We also ate the dinner buffet one night and it was really good. Room was clean and had everything we needed. We got a room that had a king bed and...

Good hotel. Very well situated in the village center just steps from the gondola. Lovely room, renovated. The buffet was amazing, we had HB and especially the dinner was really good. We also loved the apres ski terrace and coctails. On the downside: 1. Noise from the street at night as there is pubs across the street and drunk tourist make noise at 3am. Avoid rooms facing the street if you are sensitive...

Spent a week skiing in the Pyrenees. Great snow and 5 out of 6 sunny days. Stayed at the Piolets in Soldeu. Great hotel, fabulous terrace overlooking the slopes. Staff were exceptional, so friendly and accommodating. Was particularly impressed with Erica on the show cooking ‍. Huge variety and quality of food. Perfect stay

Perfect location across from The Harp and Aspen bars ,just down from Gondola station .Food excellent - especially the Sushi and Jamon .Staff lovely .

Everything was fantastic, The sushi station was exceptional. I went back 6 times! Miguel is a true asset to the hotel and his craft

The location is great for ski and apres. The rooms are good sizes but the room was ridiculously hot. We had to open all the windows to keep it cool even if that meant snow blowing on to your face in the middle of the night or listening to the noise from the nearby bar that went on till 5am. The sauna is a bit broken. For 12€, you get to use the basic jacuzzis - one is broken - as well as the steam...

Hotel was close to grandvalira telecabin. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was great and worth it.

Very nice hotel, excellent location, very attentive staff and very good breakfast.

The room was clean and the bathtub was spacious and comfortable. There was also a sauna and a jacuzzi. The gondola was just a short walk away. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very substantial. The live kitchen changed daily and everything was delicious. The staff were also very friendly. The only downside was that the parking lot was small and difficult to find. Other than that, it was a great...

Lovely hotel. Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well priced and had a really good variety.

Loved my room Had a lovely room on the top floor with views of the mountains. Wish I could have stayed longer

**Wuau Galanthus Hotel – Soldeu (4★ Review)** Wuau Galanthus is a solid choice in Soldeu, offering very good value for money and consistently pleasant service. The rooms are on the smaller side but comfortable, clean, and well maintained, which makes them perfectly adequate after a long day on the slopes. Dinner is a strong point, with a varied and well-organised buffet that offers good quality and...

Good experience ! Good hotel and beautiful services! I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Andorra. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. One of the highlights was the spa — beautifully designed, relaxing, and perfect after a day of exploring the mountains. The food was exceptional as well, with a variety of delicious local and international dishes. The staff...

Just returned from a fabulous ski holiday at Hotel Galanthus. All the staff were so friendly - from reception, restaurant to the guy who drives the shuttle bus to the gondola every day. The bed was super comfy and a great choice of food from the buffet. The spa was lovely after a long day on the ski slopes.

Amazing Staff in all departments. Thanks so much for all the team from reception, breakfast and dining room, Mr Claver, the person that take us to the slopes and the Chef and his team for the magnificent food each and every day. Everything great, rooms, spa, size of the hotel, location. Fantastic. Just the internet needs an up grade, cause sometimes it stops. All the rest 5 stars See you soon

Exceptional staff. Was slightly uninspired on arrival but by end of holiday thought this was an excellent hotel and would return- bedrooms average size but very comfortable and plenty hot water. Food good for price of hotel and staff truly exceptional and very keen to help in any way.

Lovely hotel that we've stayed at three times now. All the staff who work there are very helpful, friendly and always make our stay a pleasant one. The rooms we've had are comfortable, include a free safe for valuables, large screen TV if you've time to watch it, great power shower and the room cleaning services were faultless. The choices for evening meal food were fabulous, plenty to choose from...

Solo ski trip - location was perfect within walking distance of the gondola and lifts. Great Central location Relaxed atmosphere

Where do we begin? Our experience at Xalet Montana was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. First of all, the location of this hotel was perfect and made it so easy for us to make our way to the ski rental equipment, lockers and slopes! Having the locker included made things so much easier and convenient! The service at the hotel was second to none, Jorge and Iulietta deserve a special mention...

A wonderful stay at Xalet de Montana, such friendly staff, delicious breakfast and very comfortable room overlooking the slopes. Highly recommend, we will be most certainly be back.

Stayed in this hotel a couple of times before years ago. We had seen it had been renovated and is in the same group as the Naudi hotel which we adore after staying there twice and eating in the restaurant many times. We decided to try this hotel as it is directly opposite the Naudi and has a great communal car park. We weren’t disappointed, we still had the same wonderful staff greet us as they...

We had a wonderful stay at Xalet Montana, and honestly, I don’t know how they manage to get so many things right. A very special thank you to Juliette from Guest Services, who reached out to us even before our arrival to ask about the purpose of our visit and if there was anything she could do to make it special. Thanks to her, my birthday dinner was perfectly organised, the spa was booked, parking...

Our stay at Xalet Montana was absolutely wonderful. The food deserves a special mention truly outstanding. It was clear that a lot of care and passion goes into the kitchen, and dining there was one of the highlights of our stay. We would happily return and highly recommend Xalet Montana to anyone looking for great hospitality, excellent food, and a memorable mountain stay!

El apartamento estaba cerca del rio y dormíamos con la ventana abierta para poder escuchar el ruido del agua. Piso correcto y con bastantes utensilios de cocina. Lugar ideal si quieres estar cerca de las pistas de esquí y de rutas para andar

The apartments are good for the price. The reception for these apartments is 100 metres away from the actual location and not well sign posted. The staff at reception were friendly, polite and very helpful. When it comes to the location, if you're here to ski it's a fair uphill walk to the shops and gondola. I'd recommend hiring a ski locker at the gondola for your gear.

Many things Need tò be improved

We had the best stay at Els Llacs- the apartment was lovely, had a beautiful view of the river and it was a great addition to have the spa downstairs There is a supermarket immediately opposite which is great and Soldeu is only 5 minutes away with good coffee and food options

Excellent place for enjoying the snow and the view to te mountain it's amazing

Nice views/apartment, not enough crockery We stayed in a 1 bed apartment in floor -3. It had good views of the Peretol ski range. You could walk there from the parking garage but there was a free bus that ran from just outside the apartments to both the Peretol and Grau Roig resorts. G.R. is larger and it is possible to ski from there and finish at Peretol for the end of the day. We are Green & Blue...

The room and property were clean and attractive. Our apartment was spacious as it contained three bedrooms, but it did not have much of a balcony (room to stand only) and the master bedroom bathroom had a toilet with phantom flush. While kitchen appliances, including a washing machine, worked fine, more and better cooking utensils would have been helpful to prepare meals more efficiently. There...

SKI Vacation in Andora Nice place Unfortunately need to pay extra for cleaning and changing dirty towels

Love this hotel, this was our third visit, managing to get a few days skiing at the end of the season We were welcomed back like friends with a little note and homemade chocolates. Our room 306 had the most stunning views, most fabulous breakfast and we enjoyed another great dinner in the hotel. Loved the fondue! All the staff are so friendly but a special mention to Julietta. We will see you...

Fabulous week at a wonderful hotel, perfect location, rooms immaculate and very well appointed. Great breakfast and the hotel restaurant very good. Cannot rate the staff highly enough, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful

Excellent location, ski in / ski out. Friendly & professional staff from front desk, restaurant servers to housekeeping. Breakfast buffet is above average, restaurant dinner is enjoyable

Naudi hotel is an example of how hotels should work. Everything was perfect. From the design, the view, the kindness and friendliness of the staff. The room with the mountain view was really good. The bed was very comfortable and there were 3 kinds of pillows for each person. One of them was memory foam. Breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel. Great quality ingredients, quality food, very...

Great evening food, perfect for the keen skier.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was good. A small 6min hike to the Ski Gondolas.

Great apartment Very clean and tidy apartment with all the kitchen utensils you need. Apartments have a upstairs which is great. Secure underground parking. Washing m/c (€3) and dryer (€2) available.

The room was nice. The main problem was that there was no front desk. I arrived at the hotel at around 4pm and couldn't get in. I pressed the intercom and there was a recording at first, which I couldn't understand. Then someone answered the phone, but I still couldn't understand it. Since my mobile phone network signal was not good, and another China Mobile phone couldn't get through to Ctrip's overseas...

Good option! Very good location. Beds could be in better condition. Rest is fairly good. It would have been a great upgrade to have some sky lockers at the Parking. The reception attention quite good.

Stayed here with my family for 5 days just before Christmas for skiing. The apartment is very clean and very big, plenty of room for us (4 adults). It’s a 10 minute easy walk to the gondola so we left our boots and skis in storage near the gondola. Our transfer was initially delayed so the girl at reception let us have a late check out with no charge and then due to the adverse weather conditions...

Good location! The apartment is very comfortable. The only thing it needs is mosquito nets on the windows because bugs get in at night. I traveled in the summer, and without the window open it was very hot since the apartment doesn't have air conditioning.
