Great lunch stop whilst skiing. The staff were friendly, the food was very nice and the service was quick. Kew of the mountain whilst eating lunch is lovely. Cannot comment on accommodation as did not stay. Some lovely old cars and motorbikes inside.

Superb hotel, located at the bottom of Esquirrel blue run and opposite the chair lift to El Tarter. The chairlift is apr 25m from the front door of the hotel and you can ski down to within 10m of the door at the end of the day. This place is great. It is two ski lifts just outside the door. There are ski lookers in the basement. Super convenient. It has a spa with a sauna, a jacuzzi and a decent sized pool. The staff is always helpful and nice and speaks a bunch of languages. The family rooms are not the cosies, but comfortable beds. There is a large lounge to hang out in also. Oh, yes, you can get Raclette or cheese fondue...

We stayed for a week in a twin room. All the staff have been brilliant and it’s a great place for a skiing trip. Access to the slopes is just outside the hotel. They have lockers for your ski gear. They can arrange your lift pass. I would definitely come again.

We stayed a Friday night with our two children of 6 and 8 in a family room on the second floor. The second floor is also the location of the bar, which had loud music till midnight, not ideal when you have young kids or even if you wish to go to sleep before midnight. A part from that, the staff were lovely, the location of the hotel on the slopes was ideal, and the breakfast buffet was delicious....

The hotel was clean and very fancy even it was so classical but the best point without doubt was the exceptional receptionist who helped us a lot as gave us a very warm service. Wish you the best Carles!

Just returned from a fabulous ski holiday at Hotel Galanthus. All the staff were so friendly - from reception, restaurant to the guy who drives the shuttle bus to the gondola every day. The bed was super comfy and a great choice of food from the buffet. The spa was lovely after a long day on the ski slopes.

Exceptional staff. Was slightly uninspired on arrival but by end of holiday thought this was an excellent hotel and would return- bedrooms average size but very comfortable and plenty hot water. Food good for price of hotel and staff truly exceptional and very keen to help in any way.

A great, friendly, professionally run hotel, near to the facilities in Soldeu and the slopes. Couldn’t recommend the hotel and its staff highly enough. It’s rare that hotel staff recognise or even value return customers nowadays. This is one hotel that certainly does.

Possibly one of my best stays in Andorra so far. The staff have been stars - reception, shuttle bus driver, bartender - and made you feel welcomed and tried their best to help you, sometimes even go the extra mile without you asking. But this is all very dependent on how to treat them though so always be courteous, greet them in the morning and thank them every time.

Lack of empathy from employees during the onboarding process: contradictory messages depending on the person being addressed.

We always go to these apartments, but we usually get the larger ones because we travel with children. This time, we were a couple and chose a one-bedroom apartment. Everything was fine except for the metal bed, which was incredibly noisy, and the lack of a balcony or views. But for the price, it wasn't bad. We'll return, but not with the little one.

Pleasant A comfortable establishment, it lacks nothing. The ground floor has no view, and is surrounded by walls. Parking is a bit complicated, and it costs €15 per day.

Wonderful stay! The apartment was great, the view was incredible, everything was very functional, I would definitely return. The only problem is that in Andorra you lose internet access, so it was a hassle to find the reception; they could have made that information better.

A cozy 2-bed room apartment with a balcony and separate little garden, both offering nice views of the surroundings. For us, coming with a large car, the spacy underground parking was really appreciated. There are shops and restaurants nearby and Andorra la Vella is only 22 km away, a great place to do some shopping.

Great apartment, especially for the price. We had a really spacious apartment for 4 persons with an incredible nice view on the mountains. Service was really nice too. They called before our stay to check if we wanted to book the ski passes for a better price and at arrival the lady at the reception was really nice and helpful. Overall a really good stay, will come back another time for sure.

Well priced and well equipped apartments, with all modern amenities (washing machine, iron, induction plates, etc...), clean and crisp beddings, conveniently located for el tarter ski slopes and restaurants. Offers on site parking. Mr Amin made us feel welcomed and was very helpful. Recommended.

It's very nice in a basic needs way. Great size for two people or 2+small child. No frills. Incredible hot water and pressure😎always a plus after a day of hiking and shopping. The small town it's situated in is quaint and pretty in that rustic mountain way.
