Location: 2 minutes from the center of Escaldes-Engordany, 230 km from Barcelona airport, 8 km from the nearest ski lift.
Consists of two adjacent to each other buildings: the five-floor building and six-storey building of the Aparthotel.
The hotel has 150 rooms.

Waited for half an hour to check in. There seems to be a very long queue at the reception all the time. No kettle in room, the staff said it wasn't available. Decent place to stay but poorly managed.

Excellent location. It's centrally located, the reception is very good, and the reception staff are very helpful. However, the parking is expensive and in poor condition. The room we stayed in was very old, the bathroom was very dirty, and it had a bathtub. It really needs a renovation, as it's a three-star hotel and, being right next to shops, it's unbelievable that the TV doesn't work. As for the price, it's very, very economical.

The room was spectacular, with a king-size bed separated from the bunk bed by a latticework screen and two sofas facing the TV.
The cleanliness is due to the cloudy screen, and everything else was pretty good, although the toilet paper ran out on the third day.

My experience at this hotel has not been very satisfactory. One of the most disappointing points has been the parking: it costs €18 per night, a very high price for the conditions it offers. The spaces are very small, it is very difficult to park there and the parking in general is complicated and uncomfortable, with steep slopes and little room to maneuver. Honestly, it is not worth the price you pay.
As for the room, it was too small and poorly soundproofed: you could hear absolutely everything from the corridor and other rooms, which made it difficult to rest well. In addition, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
The only positive point is the good location. It is very central and it is easy to get around Escaldes-Engordany on foot if you plan to do sightseeing or shopping. However, I would not repeat it.

The hotel is very close to the city centre, you can easily reach it by foot. The bedroom was a bit noisy, because of both the road outside and the other rooms. Overall, it was a good room for the price. The breakfast was tasty and with many options. The staff was really nice and always tried to help even if sometimes it was hard to communicate in english. Recommended.

This place was great! For starters, it is in an excellent location and everything in town is walkable from there. The staff was also very helpful on every level and they gave great recommendations of things to do and how to get around. I was there for 2 weeks, so I did one of the apartments stays and I loved. It had everything I needed to cook, it was clean, spacious, and very comfortable overall. A special thank you goes to Francisco at the front desk...he was amazing! I would highly recommend to stay here.

We booked an economy room for a week, with so call " inner yard"
Unfortunately, there was no view at all. The window would open and we were facing walls from all sides, with no air or daylight coming in but fumes from a grease trap from a place underneath. Extremely disappointing from this point of view. Floor was dirty from day one, our socks become dirty after few steps around the room. However, clean beds and toilet.
We were not expecting a 5 star stay, but whoever assigns the room for someone who stays for a full week, should consider that day light and fresh air are important and necessary. Beside our room (201) there was a staff room and we could smell the cigarette smoke coming from that room, which is not ideal if you cannot benefit of fresh air in your own room.
The coffee shop at the ground floor is very handy, opens at 8 am which is great.
Location is very good for someone who wants to stay in the centre of La Vella.

Slept 5 nights in a room on the 5th floor.
Bed was soooooo comfy.
Room was sound proof. I am light sleeper and I slept great.
Bathroom is big, new and clean.
Location, right on the pedestrian street, was perfect.
They have a good coffee shop for breakfast on the first floor.

Great location, lovely staff and clean rooms.
Our room smelt quite strongly of cleaning product when we first arrived, but it were clean.
The toiletries are quite small but staff were happy to provide more upon request.
Location is very central and close to plenty of amenities.
Overall, we had a great experience here!

Great staff and excellent location. Right in the heart of the main street with close proximity to most main attractions in the city. Bus station is a 20min walk.
For a hotel it was decently priced, but the size of the room wasn't worth what I paid. No water provided which could've been a good gesture to tired travellers. Bathroom was super clean n tidy. Bed was not that comfy but for a night I could manage.
Compared to all expensive hotels around i think it's a good deal at Tudel. Would come back for sure.
